Went for a routine check up and new prescription and was told they couldn't find my insurance which I have used many of times there after reassuring them I do infact have coverage and supplying them with my insurance card the representatives were rude and treated me as if I was in the wrong and was told "we used and tried website and log in everything we could do and can't find your coverage if you want you can pay out of pocket" was the only option I was left with so I took it into my own hands and called Davis eye Care and within 5 minutes verified my insurance which upset them more as they had

I went to Miller’s to pick out new glasses. An exercise that I find completely intimidating. Then I met Angela. She was knowledgeable, personable, professional, honest and patient. She helped me pick out frames, and she was spot on. All the options were explained, and Angela gave her opinion when needed. I did not feel pressured. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

My son ordered contacts from this office and waited for weeks to receive them. He was told it would take about a week and waited over three weeks. He called regularly, and tried to get them before going back to college. When my husband tried to pick them up the service/response was horrible. He was promised a return call which never happened and he had to call again. He was told again the contacts were not yet in (yet it's been three weeks) and then moments later my son called and miraculously they were in the office. They were beyond rude when we went to pick them up and not helpful at all. #seekingneweyedoctor

Felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. Although they were very busy I was greeted right away by the ladies at the desk. I was taken back almost right away by a very nice tech and was seen by Dr Dorian. Very in depth exam. She even took a few extra minutes at the end to answer questions. Also had help by a very nice lady picking out glasses we even shared a few laughs. Great selection especially for those of us on a budget.

What a disappointment these clowns turned out to be! 4 years ago they talked me into progressive lenses that were so poorly produced that I could not read with them on. After 2 months and 3 return trips they declared that I "just wasn't giving them a chance"! I figured I'd would give them another try and tried booking an exam with them earlier this week. I explained to Susan that I did not want to be dilated as I would be driving myself home. She told me that the eye doctor may decide not to give me an exam if that was the case. Apparently they are so backward that they can't even do a retina photo

Thank you Dr. Miller and the Miller's Eye Care staff! Facing an eye emergency at 9:30PM on a cold winter night was alarming, yet Dr. Miller arranged to see me immediately to assess the severity. Despite the late hour he conducted a thorough exam. The next day the staff followed up with me and took care of setting up the necessary next steps of care. We all value our eyesight, but how dear it becomes when facing the possibility of losing it. I am deeply grateful for the old-fashioned service and modern professional care that I received! Thank you!
