Are you struggling with issues related to anxiety, low self esteem or feelings of low self worth? Perhaps you experienced a major life change or loss and are struggling to cope with the impact. Are you highly sensitive and frequently overwhelmed? Sometimes we want or need a guide to be with us on our journey and it is my honor to accompany you as you seek greater calm, confidence or clarity in life.

Seeking help is a courageous step towards change, healing and growth. My goal is to help you get to know yourself more deeply and to explore an alternative storyline to the one that led you here today. I am IFS and EMDR trained, trauma and neurobiologically informed, inclusive, creative and curious about what brings you here today.
Services
I hold a Master's degree in social work from Eastern Washington University and earned my Bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Montana. Over the years I have learned to incorporate several approaches into my practice with clients: The foundation of my training began with narrative therapy, which is a non-blaming and non-pathologizing approach that separates problems from people.
Most couples seek relationship counseling after a long period of conflict or a culture of contempt has developed between them. They often arrive to their first session seeking to create a healthy relationship based on mutual trust and respect but as a "last ditch effort" before giving up hope for change.
I am currently contracted with Premera (BCBS), Aetna and First Choice. I am willing to bill other private insurance plans as an "Out of Network Provider." Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
