Brad Reed was an excellent provider for our tire needs! We had a flat on the inside dual tire in Chama, NM. Called Good Sam Roadside Assistance. They contacted Reed Tire who drove 62 miles one way on a Sunday to change out the tire. He arrived within 2 hours of us calling Good Sam. But unknown to us, the outside tire was ruined as well. Even… though Brad was only told about the one tire, he had the foresight to bring two tires. He had us back on the road in 30 minutes. He was also kind enough to check all our tires before he left. This was the 5th tire shop we had been to in a month. All was fine with our Mercedes Sprinter 3500 RV, but we decided to rotate and balance the tires as we had 10k miles on them. Developed horrible shaking at about 58 miles per hour. The other 4 shops would try to balance the tires once or twice and then say "we don't have the right equipment" and shoo us out the door. Then we found Reed Tire in Alamosa. Carlos took us on as a personal challenge. This was not a problem caused by the them, but the did everything possible to find a solution - which they did! We bought tractor tires and rims from this place in La Jara CO. The rims were the wrong size. So we took them back. Twice they were the wrong size. We were due a refund of 86.00. So on May 11th they said check had been mailed out. It’s now June 10th and we still haven’t received a check. I spoke with Caleb. I told him our situation and to reissue a… check. He said to stop payment on the first check would cost them 50.00 so the won’t reissue a check. So I said, well put the money back on my card. My wife went to your Alamosa store on 03/029/2021 for an alignment on a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. They put her truck on the machine and then told her that they couldn't do the alignment yet because some work needed to be done first. The work they told her that she MUST have done first included: lower ball joint, both tie rods and control arms. All of… this for the low price of $752.08.
We had just spent a weekend and over $1000 replacing EXACTLY those same parts. I have the receipts and will provide pictures to prove this if needed. There was nothing wrong with her truck, and yet they charged

Best tire & service shop in the Valley! On my 2nd service for an alignment. This is the only place in the Valley that wasn't booked up several days to weeks & got me in on Monday morning after calling Friday afternoon. Friendly staff & professional service. Was given a sheet to prove before & after alignment numbers. Camber, caster & toe! Large lobby. Snacks & drinks. Pet friendly 😁

Drove through Texas, Colorado, and Utah had a bad shaking at 60-65 went to numerous tire stores in all these places most had a 3-5 hour wait tried selling me a full set of tires or wanted our truck camper… removed before they would work on it. Wife googled tire shops near me....found this place 30 miles out of our way but they took care of us right away so we could “get back to enjoying our trip” excellent service honest people with honest prices. Turned out to be a simple rotate and balance and down the road we went.....
