Amazing customer service! Got into a bit of a jam during a road trip and needed help to look at my vehicle quickly. They stopped what they were working on and took my car in to look at it. They took off the damaged part and inspected the entire undercarriage then let us know that there was NO damage that would affect the car. They also refused to charge us. I would totally recommend them to anyone passing by. You do not find this type of service often anymore.

We lost some transmission fluid on a high Colorado pass and cautiously made our way to Monte Vista looking for a place to check our transmission. We picked Good Speed Automotive because their website looked professional and the staff working late on Friday afternoon lived up to that impression. They quickly worked us in, determined that we could continue on, and changed the oil for us while we still had the Airstream hooked up to the truck. Everyone was professional and helpful. We had a breakdown on the highway on our way to move into a new home 75 miles away and we're towed to Good Speed in Monte Vista after business hours. As soon as they opened the next morning they were able to diagnose the problem, order the needed parts, complete the repair, and send us on our way at a very reasonable price. These people are GREAT we would give them 10 stars if we could.

I have been taking my vehicles to Good Speed for a long time. Whether for maintenance or repair, the experience is always a good one.
Customer service is second to none. Many of us in the Valley have to travel some distance to work, and Good Speed have always found a way to get me where I need to go when my car is in the shop!
The price is not the lowest around, but certainly not the highest - and the cost is well worth it. They don't upsell or pressure me to spend money - in fact, they have at times advised me not to!

I needed alot of work on my car, $1800. When Good Speed was done I paid them $1800, included was a front end alignment. The front end alignment that was done by Good Speed was terrible. My car had a severe right side drift. When I brought this up to Good Speed, Good Speed said tuff. The alignment I received was as good an alignment they could do. So I took my ar to Baileys in Del Norte paid him $103 and he did do a front end alignment. In the end Good Speed ripped me off. I have had zero interest in going back. My money is to hard to get, for me waste on criminal enterprises.

Mechanics are a joke and try to say there are more problems than there really is. My mom took her car in over a starter and they tried to tell her the injectors were bad as well as the coil pack. First off how did they know the Injectors were bad when they never even got the car started due to the starter being bad. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay away from this shop. They quoted her over $900 to fix it when it only cost $160 to fix the ACTUAL problem..
