12/24/2021 Ramon fixed 2 minor water leaks on a newly installed pool pump by replacing leaking Schedule 40 threaded 1.5" to 2" intake and discharge adapters with Schedule 80 CPVC Nipple and 2"x 1.5" PVC reducers & couplers. Took about 5 minutes and Guaranteed Pool Service did it for less than HALF the price than the current weekly pool service quoted.
Robert Scully was an overall pleasure to do business with by phone but I urge you to get his and any other work quotes in writing BEFORE THE WORK OR SERVICE CALL to avoid any future billing surprises.

We had new plaster in our pool and there were specific procedures needed when the water was put in. Everything went smoothly till the end when the pool pump was changed back from the continuous run cycle it had been on. The pump did not come on at the correct time so we called the office and asked to have someone come out to reset it. We called twice, left a message and the spoke to someone who said they would try to get someone out. No one showed up. For a $400 fee I think we should have gotten the help we needed.

I had to call them out three times to fix an issue that should have been addressed during the original pump install, then was charged an additional fee for the service. Their tech just kept coming out and tightening a leaking fitting instead of replacing it. Stay away from this place, there are far more reputable and reliable pool service and repair companies in Las Vegas.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED CASH! I must admit, I still have a lot to learn about my pool equipment. Anyway, my motor stopped running and I tried everything to get it to start again, but I was unsuccessful. I decided to call Guaranteed Pool Service and spoke to the owner. After explaining my situation, he told me that he will send someone over and that the fee is $50.00 which would be used toward the bill if I decide to have them do the repair, so I agreed.

We just moved to Nv and needed a pool company to service our pool. We called to set up an appointment for them to start work on a Monday and they said it would be ready to go by that Thursday. Sounded great. They drained it and came back the next day to do a Chlorine bath and at that time they told us they couldn't do a Acid wash because of the condition of the plaster on the pool. After a couple hours of the Chlorine bath they guy was done. There was a very large amount of DIRT left at the bottom of the pool. We asked him if he was going to get it up before he started filling the water back in

Happy to recommend Guaranteed Pool Service. They replaced a pump for me at a lower cost than I was quoted elsewhere, and did it quickly and professionally. When I had an electrical problem, the owner talked me through the problem over the phone and helped me to fix it myself. These are my kind of people.

We hired them to empty out our pool and re-fill so that its clean and ready for the summer. They left us with a pool that was just as dirty as before and a few hundred dollars out. I called to let them know that our pool was emptied out but NOT cleaned before water was put back in. The guy told us that he sent someone out to clean it again (lies!..Still had a pile of dirt at the bottom of our pool and hot tub). He pretty much said we're SOL. This company is anything but guaranteed. Do not use!

I decided to pick Guaranteed Pool Service based on the positive reviews in google. After trying the service for 2 months I have been extremely disappointed. First, the company managed only after 2 months to damage our newly plastered pool due to omitting the necessary chemicals. We now have to contract our original plasters to have an acid wash treatment applied to remedy the problem. Second, It's worth mentioning they also 'misplaced' a check and only confirmed they had received it once my husband emailed a copy after several times confirming over the phone it had cleared our bank. If I could give 0 stars I would. It cost $50 for a "tech" to come to the house and tell us that he didn't know much about in floor cleaning systems. His English was very poor and he kept saying that "is fine", "is fine". The pressure is so low that it barely works! This was a waste of time, money and effort.
