My friend recommended this place, so we called in couple weeks ago to run a water test. We've heard that there is not enough calcium in Vegas tap water and wanted to make sure it won't destroy the pool. Technician ran the test and discovered that there is actually not enough calcium which as he said will eventually weaken the plaster.
The chemical ratio was fixed and now we have nothing to worry about. So happy I did it before my pool got damaged. We also hired them for a weekly service. I'd recommend to any pool owner.

At least one of the reviews below (Nikita) is from somebody I believe works at or owns Quality One. If this company was so good, I wonder, why are they rating themselves to bump up the review numbers? So at this point, with 3 reviews, it appears that at least one third of them are self-serving.
In my opinion this company is not to be trusted. They subcontract out plastering work and their communication is extremely poor in my experience. I could not get a straight answer on when they could start, and whenever I had a question, they had to keep asking their "plastering department," which turned
