I had a piece of property that I had being trying to sale for a year yet I had received no calls. I talked with Chad and he was honest about the property and price he thought it would sale for. He had it listed for 3 days with an offer and had it sold in 5 days. He kept us informed through every part of the process and made it really smooth. Erika is very professional, honest, down to earth, and intelligent. Basically she is amazing! She is more than a realtor in my opinion. She has a background in engineering which I feel gives her an eye for detail. I felt that we basically got a mini inspection every time we viewed a house. She notices the good, and the bad. We had a lot of ups and downs with our house buying process, but we never felt pressured into buying or that we were wasting her time. As a fellow real estate agent I know a good agent when I see one. Chad assisted with the sale of my grandfather's home completely while we were out of state.
