Can not speak on behalf of their expertise in sales however I do know I have never conducted business with Flavin Realty. This fact right here was why I was shocked that they were either bulk purchasing cell phone numbers for telemarketing or blindly marketing to numbers.
If someone from Flavin reads this please understand that this is viewed by many as simply unprofessional and by others a severe intrusion of their privacy.
