We realize that if you've been involved in an accident or your vehicle has broken down, it's already been a pretty bad day.

With a heavy duty fleet of the best equipment available, J&M Towing is always ready to go anywhere at any time to recover your equipment.
Heavy equipment hauling is something many towing companies provide, but few can do it as well as J & M Towing. You see, heavy equipment hauling is not something we do as a sideline, it's a specialty of ours and we have the right equipment and the right people to get the job done. Our fleet includes flat beds, lowboys, and specialty equipment so we are able to handle full loads, L-T-L, oversized loads, and more.
While J & M Towing is available 24/7 for all kinds of light, medium, and heavy duty towing, it is our heavy-duty recovery services which really separate us from the competition. At the heart of a fleet is a 40-ton Peterbilt rotator crane with 5 winches and the ability to lift a truck and spin it 360 degrees.

I was given this company as a provider for roadside assistance. The driver called me and asked if I had the tools for the spare tire, I didn't, which was why I called for assistance. After a stand off, he refused to budge, or offer solutions, and then rudely said, "well Ill just cancel the order then" and hung up. Now Im getting a tow from a professional, if he cant get my spare off. Seems like an obvious solution. Do not use these lames.

Just so everyone knows how their charge details work:
1. They charge you for towing (of course) it's a flat fee and then extra for mileage. My car was only towed about 3.2 miles to a nearby lot and I was charged $95.00
2. They charge you for "storage" $35.00 a day. The day your car arrives on the lot is considered as day 1. When the next business day begins that is considered as day 2 and so on. It doesn't matter if your car has only been there from 2:00pm to 8:00am the next day. They don't go by actual hours.
3. They charge you for tax
In my experience I was in and out

This place takes advantage of there customers. I was rear ended today. They towed my car off of private lot that I drove my car onto. Was supposed to be a aaa tow. They towed it while I was in the hospital without my ok. Then charged me 175$ to get it off the lot. Also, when I pulled up they were going threw my car without my consent.

They were very helpful. My tire was flat and they went out of their way to help me. There were many challenging things that made fixing the problem very hard, but the guy did not give up. I really appreciate the amount of effort that guy put in. They were also very quick to respond. He also let me call him to address any concerns.
I recommend them to anyone in the Wayne Area. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Deserves 0 stars! I spoke with a very rude employee named Robert who has no filter when he speaks. I asked him to e-mail release forms to have my car towed to a service location because I do not have a fax and he made no attempt to accommodate my needs. They are of course going to charge me for keeping my car overnight. I pleaded with him and expressed that I have twin babies and an older child and cannot get around town without my car. He screamed at me to the point where we ended up having a shouting match. Do not use this company!
Update: They e-mailed the release form the next day, but insisted

Completely terrible service and rude employees. They could care less whether or not you have gotten in an accident or not. Even after providing the employees with everything they requested they refused and argued extensively not allowing us to enter our vehicle and collect our personal items.
Before going to the towing company we called the police department to see if we needed release papers, we were told that it is our car and we should have no issues.
It's clear that the employees wanted to scope out the car and take what they wanted first as there was about 10 to 15 dollars missing from

They're a rip off !!! My car got towed here and I picked it up the same day. They never told me that they were closing early on a Saturday and being that they picked my car up after 12pm it was an automatic charge for storage and my car was only there 2 hrs. I would never recommend them, they're was a lady in the phone she was nice but the owner is such an a**

My battery died and I had to get my car towed back to Connecticut after midnight. Dennis was the driver and he was definitely very helpful and kind to make that drive that late at night. Everything ended up going smoothly and I cannot thank these guys enough. I would recommend them to anyone in the Wayne area.

There are times I really HATE myself and feel like punching myself in the face. Like when I get a speeding ticket. Leave the toilet seat up. Or say something hurtful to someone. But they pale in comparison to leaving the lights on after parking the car.
Hey, stupid.
So being stuck and stranded in the street on a cold winter day, I gave them a call. They were able to come to the rescue and jump-start the car.
Cost me 65 bucks: must be the going rate for stupid. Glad I was alone, or I would've NEVER heard the end of it from the peanut gallery filled with friends and family.
Hoping I never
