On December 16th I broke down in the middle of nowhere and barely had a cellphone signal. I couldn't make a call but was eventually able to contact my insurance company through their app. They contacted Buddy's, I was way out of the way, WAY OUT. Their driver showed up, was a total pro and got me to a tire place. I can't say thank you enough, my rental car didn't have a tool to release the spare tire, nor a jack. But that really didn't matter since they didn't give me a spare either... Buddy's was the first step in getting me back on the road from Seattle

Called to ask about a tow and somehow got on the topic of vaccinations, the operator clearly expressed being against getting vaxxed and I agreed bodily autonomy is important, then proceeded to get really defense about drivers not wanting to give rides to passengers because they don't want to risk getting COVID....ok... anyways, she was awfully rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting.

Rotten place with the worst staff especially the front desk girl who was extremely rude and no respect I went to get. My car and my keys was but with the car wen I went to pick up plus they charge on weekend s even tho they aren't even open ! Total nightmare and horrible service I'm from outta town and she did care to tell how long it would take for the. Key to get back plus she never even called me stating that it was there but she was sure willing to take my money 1700 wat greedy inconsiderate actions I received .. sabatoge for sure so I lost my car. And it's cuz they unprofessionally didn't

I've had both my naughty Mustangs give out on me several times and I called AAA to arrange Buddy's towing and service to come assist me. Luke was fabulous today and had to come out twice for me, once for a lock out when I presumed my key fob died, and again when it turned out my car battery needed to be replaced. He jumped me and off I went to Napa auto to get a new battery for my vehicle. Luke was timely, polite, and always friendly. He has also done service at my house when they decided not to start up. 110% would recommend!

I know its weird to have a GOOD towing experience....but Travis was the nicest guy & he did everything he could to accommodate us when we broke down right outside Willow Creek after our 5½ hour drive from the Sierra mountains to Trinidad.... he gave us plenty of recommendations & even checked up on us the next day when he was helping someone else at the hotel we were staying at....

Our car was stuck in the sand on a Sunday. After calling 2 other places and hearing "we don't have a way to get you out", seemed like no one could help us and we'd have to abandon our car. Finally we called Buddy's and after a few minutes the operator said what we'd been hoping for, "he can get you out. He will call you when he leaves." Chris then called me, asked me to direct him to where I was, instructed me to use my iPhone and send my current location so he knew exactly where we'd be. About an hour later, he arrived on time. I highly recommend Buddy's Towing. A great experience from start to finish. We were in a bit of a pickle with our 40' 5th wheel, 200+ miles from home in an area with no cell service and they went above and beyond. Ivy in the office was wonderful in assuring they would be able to help us, Josh was fantastic in coordinating the tow, and the owner, Rick, who actually showed up to do the tow, was awesome and one of the nicest people I've ever met. If you are in the Eureka area and need a tow service, I definitely suggest you call Buddy's towing!

My motorcycle had a blow out and couldn't be repaired way out in Cecilville. The owner showed up in the Fire fighters camp I was waiting at, picked up the bike in his trailer and drove his truck and trailer around the hair raising backroads of the Forks of Salmon, to Eureka..
I had a tire waiting at a moto shop, 3.5 hours away. Not only did he get me there in record time, but he even dropped me at the store before I got to my hotel. All in all the tow took 7 -8 hours of his day. Buddy's towing goes way beyond expectations for its customers.
I recommend him to anyone who has a breakdown

My friend died in my car on the way to the hospital. My car got towed from spear and west end road (a block from mad river hospital)-arcata police busted my passenger window to get to him,because he had pulled over to die the car was parked and he died. The next day @10:00am I go over to buddy's where my car was towed and about 2.8 miles of a tow and was picked up the day prior. It cost me 355.00.

I had to write a review because of the wonderful service we received. We had one of those unfortunate times where our RV broke down right on the side of Highway 101. Their technician came out and not only helped us try to problem solve but stayed with us until we had an arranged ride and then checked in to make sure that we had made it to our hotel safely. The next day he came back to help us arrange the Tahoe and was beyond helpful. We felt so fortunate to have such great service. I called them to tow my car to the shop. I was expecting a rushed truck driver as always but instead I got the best service ever. Both guys who helped me out went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they replace my battery, but they found out what was wrong with my vehicle! They saved me a trip to the shop and a lot of money. Get your money's worth and call Buddy's!

To make some special memories, my friends and I decided to go to Redwood National Park, north of Eureka. We rented a RV from CruiseAmerica and went there on February 18 - we had a great time hiking trails, enjoying campfires and the beautiful views of the Redwoods. Since the weather was a little chilly and rainy, there weren't that many people there so it was a nice trip. This past Thanksgiving weekend my car broke down when I was in town visiting family. Jim, the driver at Buddy's Auto was the best. Polite. Professional. Helpful. And he showed up a little early! He kindly towed my car to the repair shop and went above and beyond and put the key in the drop box for me saving me extra steps as I was stranded. I would heartily recommend calling Buddy's. Ask for Jim. He's the best!

Buddy's has bailed me out of some tight spots over this past year. They've all been work related and assisted me in solving some gnarly situations.

We were visiting Eureka CA in our motorcoach. The day of our departure we packed up and turned the ignition key...and smoke began pouring out the exhaust pipe! The dashboard went haywire like we were in the Bermuda Triangle! We shut the engine off and called the Cummins repair in Arcata and they suggested we call Buddy's to bring our coach to their shop.
Junior showed up within a half an hour and got right to work. Junior was calm, patient and very professional. He had our rig hooked up and ready to roll in a lot less time than I thought something like that would take.

Steve and Andie were Amazing! If it wasn't for their wealth of information, patience, kindness and experienced professionalism I am not so sure my sons unfortunate car incident would have had the happy ending it did. Steve towed my son and his car all the way to Redding from Arcata. The weather was awful and driving those winding roads made it more difficult but Steve got him and his car safely to his destination and because of that "All's well that ends well". I called them to thank them and thought a good word about their business was the least that I could do! Thanks

On a weekend trip to Humboldt County, I lost my car keys during a walk on Mad River County beach. Buddy's was the service that was brokered and assigned to me by my insurance company. So, a little bit, I didn't have a choice but I'm glad it went down the way it did.
