The quality of the work was fabulous. We brought our 1993 Saab Turbo Convertible in to have the hood repainted and repaired and it looks like new. Eddie and everyone at First Coast was terrific to work with. They spent time with us to determine exactly what we needed, gave us a quote and did a beautiful job. The timing was great and the follow up was great. Today when customer service is rare, these folks know what it means. We highly recommend them and will be back in the future.

Tried to get a quote. I was disrepsected by my age first off. I explained what i wanted performed and the arrogant employee stated......"we dont do that" while i was explaining mid sentence. The woman before me was recieving a quote for a rocker panel and the amount was over $800. Straight ripping off the elderly.

I was not impressed with this company. Mary Lowe, I believe is her name, is one of the owners and my experience with her was terrible. I would literally call a tow truck from further away or would be willing to pay a company more than to deal with her and her rude business. Practically zero customer service. 0/10 would not recommend.

Had a couple of large dings and scratches on passenger door of my black 2013 F150 Platinum. They did an awesome job. Dropped off on Monday and was supposed to be ready on Friday. They called me that Friday morning and said they were not happy with how it looked and needed to do some more work on it. Got it back on the following Tuesday and it was perfect. Great job!! Won’t hesitate to refer them or take any other vehicle to them. Really impressed that their expectations matched mine.
