This place is now called champion auto body wish had read these reviews before I took my truck their but they changed their name. Worked with Tina absolute superstar wish I could say the same for the rest of the experience. To start things off I had informed them of all the damage I had found to include a busted hood latch , got the call hey your trucks ready followed by a well they busted your washer outlets we have to wait for parts followed by the hood will not close ... mind you at their point it had supposedly gone through a quality inspection and detail ... yeah ok . Dropped my car off for repairs after it was backed into in a driveway. The work was great and the only complaint was the lack of communication that it was going to take a little longer than the estimated repairs (it was only a day but communication would have been nice). About 30 minutes after picking up the car I noticed a problem with the passenger window. I immediately called them and they asked me to bring it back so that they could check it out. They immediately got to the bottom of the problem and I was back on y way within 30 minutes.

I scheduled repairs with Sunbeam because they are one of the preferred shops with my insurance. Intake was great, explained the process and repair time. Delivery is the reason it is a 3 star review. I wasn't impressed, there was some black tar-like stuff left on my door handle that was hard to remove. The worst part was that very same stuff is all over the window, the first time I put the window down apparently it is also inside the door and smeared all over my window. I still haven't been able to clean it off and

I have been a customer for about 10 years. From an (almost) totaled car, severe hail damage to a simple bumper or headlight repair...these guys have worked miracles!! Perfection!! Every. Single. Horrible work and service. caused so many more problems to my car. tried to get it resolved and the only person there willing to help quit and it was radio silence afterwards. take my advice and take your car any where else or you could probably fix it yourself better- check the google reviews for true reviews.

First, I want to start my review with the positives. I had a large dent in my driver's door and when I filed my claim with Geico they sent me to this body shop. They provided me with a rental and repaired the dent very quickly. The door looked great when I picked up my car. Everything looked good until the next day when my driver's window stopped working. I had never had issues with the window prior to the repairs so I called the shop back and was asked to bring the car back in. Insurance mill job! They will force you to get the body work done there with Geico and repair your car using after market parts. In my case, they did more damage to my car than the original damages to be repaired. It took longer than it should and made me go back there so many times it took over 2 months. I finally got tired and just sold the car. This body shop is in cohoots with Geico. My suggestion is if you are hit by a Geico insured driver, go ahead and get the estimate and take the job elswhere if you like or value your car. I had a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with a minor damage

I wanted to take this time out to Thank the good folks over at Sunbeam Auto Body for doing a wonderful job on my vehicle. The staff was great and working with one of the gentleman who was thorough and knowledgeable about the process. Worse place ever! We were new to the area and unfortunately didn't read the many bad reviews until "work was completed". They were dealing with Infinity insurance and they told them our car was ready on Friday evening but we wouldn't have time to pick the car up, even though no one notified us. So because they were dumb enough to tell an insurance co. someone's car was ready but they wouldn't have time to drive there to pick it up,we get stuck with paying for car rental for the weekend! I was literally here only 15 minutes at most. The person that hit my poor car has geico insurance and this was the body shop that they had me come to for an estimate. The person that took care of me was friendly and helpful and took are of me very quickly. I was out of there with my check for the work on my car before my shoes even dried from the rain outside! I took my vehicle to the Ford dealership that I always take my car to for the actual repair work so I cant comment on any quality of work done at this shop.

Like some of the other reviewers said, this is an insurance mill shop. They're friendly enough when a Geico customer rear ends your car, but as soon as anything goes wrong on their end, they turn into the least helpful and most condescending folks around.
The repair work was competent, but when they told me that the repair was complete and my car was ready, it turned out they still had some parts on backorder and that I would have to come back at a later date, at my inconvenience.
More worryingly, the shop removed an SD card reader and a knife from my vehicle and failed to put it back.

After waiting over a week for a bumper to be changed and have the ac fixed after vehicle was hit in a parking lot; picked up vehicle found they left the old trim piece that was damaged and stuck it on a brand new bumper (see pic below) and the ac was apparently not even looked at (still blowing hot air, worked fine before the Geico customer plowed into it after flying through the road into the parking lot where it was parked and totaled a second car). I was referred to them by Geico and I could not be happier with the service I received. Having an Enterprise rep on site made it a one stop shop for me, and everyone was very friendly. They called me the same day to give me an estimate on the damage and a time frame for the repair. It ended up being ready in half the time. I was shocked. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up and best of all, they cleaned the inside too (it was a mess). I highly recommend.

I was in an accident and the insured diver was covered under Geico. The staff was friendly, but did not communicate well and the repairs took over a week. I had to call them for every update.
I had to bring the car back because of a poor paint job and was not given a rental car, even though I returned it because of poor workmanship. I also had additional damages while it was at the shop that they refused to fix since it was not covered under the accident. this was extremely frustrating because they seemed a little smug about it. they were not happy when I returned the car to
