Found this restaurant doing a internet search and I must say that I am impressed. The fried rice is very flavorful and the Egg Foo Young patties are large. The only thing I would like is for the brown gravy to be a little thicker. No need for soy sauce because the food has enough salt. Egg rolls leave a lot to be desired, but over all enjoyable.

I was not a big fan. I ordered the veggie egg rolls and vegetable egg foo young. The egg rolls didn’t really have any flavor except for the taste of the oil they were cooked in. The egg foo young had a sweet taste to me. I’m used to a savory egg foo young. I haven’t tried a veggie egg foo young with the ingredients they used; peas, carrots, lentils, zucchini and I believe avocado. I’m used to an earthier version with mushrooms, broccoli and a salty sauce. I was just not much of a fan of the level of sweetness in the dish so it didn’t hit the spot for me.

The Magic Kitchen Restaurant prepares the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. The couple who own the place are enthusiastic, accommodating and hard--working; lovely people to know. Call the restaurant and your order will be ready when agreed upon. Sadly, because of the pandemic the Magic Kitchen is no longer available for in restaurant dining. It is impossible to praise this couple highly enough. The food at Magic Kitchen is truly magic. We are so lucky to have this place in Naperville.

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a marvelous evening and the restaurant was unquestionably one of the reasons for the fruitful gathering. The stuff collaborated in a gorgeous style, the cuisine was great and my friends were very thrilled. We shall surely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Best chinese in town! You can tell a lot about a chinese restaurant by the kind of rangoon they serve. Magic Kitchen rangoon is crispy and delicious, not like the normal spongey greasy rangoon at other places. Magic Kitchen has THE BEST hot n sour soup, probably better than Ming Hin. Magic Kitchen also has THE BEST veggie delight that they make with mixed vegetables and a savory brown sauce instead of clear Kow sauce like other places. The Sesame chicken is incredibly addictive. I'm so happy they're open again after closing temporarily due to the shelter in place order.

As my mom has said, this is the closest to home cooked food that you can get at a restaurant. The pot stickers are the closest I've had to my grandmother's, their fried tofu is excellent, and they have an incredible pork belly dish as well.
Edit: I went back a second time and it was just as enjoyable. Their eggplant with basil was excellent, and their roast duck was juicy with crispy skin, which is very difficult to achieve. Service was also great, lovely folks running the kitchen and front of house too.

Surpirsed by this place! I was in town working at the university and looking for something nearby quick to eat. Found them on google maps. We got there and were immediately sat. Lots to choose from on the me by and great lunch specials. Because it was the weekend, only dinner options available. The appetizer came out quick, I'm talking in less than 5 minutes. They had the soccer matches playing which was cool. My entree came out in 10 minutes of ordering, huge portions! I was so full when I went back to work and had only spent 12 bucks. Grest lil mom/pop shop.
