My elderly parents had been sick for 3 1/2 weeks or better. They FINALLY decide to go to their Dr. with Covid going on you would think that would be the first thing they do… so they do bloodwork and give them something to keep them from getting sick to their stomach are you kidding me elderly people and you are not doing Covid test on them this place is ridiculous that’s why I left them!!!! I do not and would not recommend going there!!!!! They have been sick for 3 1/2 almost 4 weeks and they take blood give them something for nausea and tell them if they get any worse to go to the emergency

This is an update on my elderly mother that had the appointment on June 12, 2021. Keep in mind she had been sick for 3 1/2 weeks or better. Remember they only took blood and sent her home with anti nausea medicine and said if she wasn’t any better in 2 - 3 days come back.?! Well Saturday dad took her to the emergency room guess what?!?!?!!!! It was COVID!!!! She has been in the hospital Saturday 😢 today is Wednesday!!! I DO NOT AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GO HERE AT ALL! Prayers for my mother please

Every aspect of my experience with FPA was great! Initial communication, ease of directions, friendliness of staff - all of these exceeded my expectations and former experiences. I had Todd Martin - he was EXCELLENT! So friendly and informative! I am happy to be receiving care from such quality professionals!

I waited an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment today, which was supposed to be a 10 minute acute appointment. I know doctors' offices get busy and can't always predict more urgent cases, but the least they could do is be up front about the possible lag and/or give the option to reschedule. Instead, I waited without any update from the staff and sought them out on my own. If I hadn't needed a refill on a medication, I would have left. This was the longest I've ever waited for a regular appointment, but I've certainly been kept waiting past my appointment time in the past. Please consider

I was anxious to see a new provider after my doctor of years moved (dr. Hayslip) but I chose to see Jennifer Batten for a quick accute visit and it’s safe to say I have found my new provider! She was so nice, smart and made me feel at ease and went out of her way to make sure my needs were met! So glad she has joined FPA!
