Worst valet parking experience ever. I was told by the hospital to use for my wife's surgery. I asked them to please not roll down any windows as the car is old and the windows won't go back up. An employee told me that they will roll down the windows and it's not their responsibility to get them back up and if they don't go back up it's not his problem, it's mine. I've never used a valet where they couldn't follow very simple instructions to take care of my car. The lack of care shown by the valet staff is frankly embarrassing.

I had a outpatient surgery here and i can not say enough good things about it here. All of the nurses are so sweet and caring. I was having a D&C due to a miscarriage and they were all so compassionate and explained things great and made me feel relieved. I can’t recommend this surgery center enough.

My daughter had a recent procedure done at the Central Baptist Surgery Center and the entire experience was exactly what you would want for your child (and more!!!) The surgeon (Dr. Hughes) the anesthesiologists (Candy) and all of the nurses (Ginger, Cindy, Jessica) were exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making us comfortable and relaxed-they went above and beyond.

A very rare and wonderful experience. From scheduling my surgery to discharging me from BPSS -everything was a breeze. Not once was there a mix up with paperwork, insurance or the procedure. The experience was more than pleasant. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. I wouldn't even go back to UK for any outpatient procedure after this experience. The staff was kind, compassionate, had great bedside manner and we'll organized. The facility was clean and everyone had a specific place in the hospital and they knew it well. I was blown away by the respect everyone had for one another..

I had a mix up in registration! The rest of the experience was wonderful. The doctors and staff are amazing. My surgery went well. Everyone was kind and very patient. They explained every question I asked. They called to check on me the day after surgery. I hope I don't need to come back, but if I do I would definitely use this facility again.
