Went in a week ago to see about getting an anniversary band. Nothing would match the curve of my ring so they made me a custom ring. Only took one week and it is BEAUTIFUL! Went above and beyond my expectations and the price was extremely reasonable. I could not be happier with the product and service

Awful service.
My fiancé and I drove 40 min from where we live to get wedding bands to get there and they were closed on a Saturday and only had a sign on the door. Went back the next week, another 40 min drive there and back only to walk in and have the person working that they didn’t know how to look anything up on the computer and asked if we could come back the next day. I will be finding somewhere else to now get my wedding band because I’m sick of driving there back and not getting anywhere when my wedding is coming up! NOT SATISFIED

Awful customer service. Bought my engagement ring here and the front girl who must be the owner's wife or something, was hardly interested and treated me as if I were in a convenience store. I came back after the proposal to size and try to change from white to yellow gold only to be told it would cost the same amount as the entire ring! I would not have had them sodered together had this point been emphasized or better yet mandated. The entire event/proposal was ruined. Do not go here, you will be ripped off and treated poorly while doing so!

Loren is great. My wife's mother's ring broke and a big name jeweler did not want to repair it. I took it in and explained the situation to Loren. My wife's birthday was on Thanksgiving and I wanted to give it back to Her for has a gift. It was short notice. Loren came through and it looks better than before it broke. First class! Thanks Loren !

They are amazing, the owner and staff is above and beyound. Husband bought my engagement ring here 11 years ago. went in today about a cooy if the purchase 11 years ago. still had it and super nice. Asked if they can put a new diamond in and they were very kind and helped me a grest deal. Highly recommend them.
