I am so pleased with this jewelry store. Not only were the ladies that I worked with very sweet but John did amazing job resizing my rings and connecting them together. Plus he had remake my crown for my diamond. So happy with everything all round. 😊

We’ve had nothing but great results in working with Settersberg. We purchased a wonderful watch from there years ago and it’s still running great. The customer service was great.

I arrive to have two watch bands fitted to my Wrist . Take my order don’t measure my wrist . Then call me back with the price, I say OK ! 34 bucks ..... I pick up the watches, they don’t fit ! I asked the gentleman if you could take another link out or look at it here, he gets grumpy and very rude ! You left a pay for that if you want me to look at it and take another link and then mumbled some comment under his breath as he walks to the back! And I look at the old lady there and I’m like wow he’s effing rude what’s up with that is that your husband? And she nods yes!
