Dr. Natalie Curcio is a Nashville-based dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery, and Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancers. Dr. Curcio is the President and Founder of Curcio Dermatology, a state-of-the-art facility for surgical and cosmetic skin treatments.
I came to see Dr. Curcio for scalp injections, as I have Alopecia Areata (hair loss). This is the only thing that works, and it is an on-going treatment. I have been very satisfied with the treatment and especially with Dr. Curcio. I find her to be extremely kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable.
If the doctor did not move, I would still be going to her, as it is very hard to find a good doctor who takes the time to talk to you and does not make your feel like just a number.Our one and only regret with Dr. Curcio, is that she left California to move back to Nashville, Tennessee. We discovered her too late but our limited time with her, was the best we ever experienced after appointments with many, many other dermatologists.

I had an appointment set. I was running late and going to be exactly 11 minutes late for my set appointment time according to my GPS. Driving to Hillsboro Village can have unexpected traffic, even midday during the week. I called 20 minutes ahead of this to give a heads up and apologize. The office said this was fine, and they would call me if that changed, but again should be fine. I arrived at the exact time I said my ETA would be. Very pleased with my medical and cosmetic are by Dr. Redding & Dr. Curcio.
I have rosacea, and Dr. Redding has helped me clear up a lot of the redness throughout the two (2) or so years I have been seeing her.
Dr. Curcio provided me with my first Genesis laser treatment, and I look forward to receiving more of the treatments.
Both doctors are very smart and knowledgeable - something that I look for when it comes to skin issues like rosacea.

We found a spot on my mother's leg. She is 83 years old and is battling Alzheimer's. They accepted her as a patient and was very understanding with my mother. Dr Redding did a biopsy on her leg. Sadly we found out that it is cancer. The Dr was very compassionate and discussed all our options, and we based our decision on how to proceed after considering all the factors. If needed, I will take my mom back, and if I ever need a dermatologist, I will definitely go here!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience here. Botox injections were significantly more expensive than any other place I researched, but I was willing to pay that to have an experienced dermatologist administer them. I noticed some asymmetry after the injections took effect, but waited two weeks before scheduling a touch up as I was instructed. I tried calling to schedule, left messages, but the office was closed for a week due to weather. When I finally reached someone, they told me it would be two weeks before they could get to me. If you read nothing else: I was charged $15.90/unit of Botox and they stood by it, even after quoting me two completely different rates. Never go here. Unless you wipe your behind with dollar bills, in which case, go ahead. The results are great and if money doesn't matter to you, be my guest!

As someone new to the Nashville area I was unsure on who to see regarding my Botox and Filler but upon a recommendation I found Curcio Dermatology.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This is one of the most off putting experiences I've ever had at a doctor. I had a small mole on my back (that was so small I didn't know it was there) she said she needed to biopsy. What I was left with was a scar the size of a quarter (I'm a pretty small person) that is incredibly visible and looks like a vaccine scar.
This is to say nothing of the incredible awkwardness she launched into about her tragic family history within 15 seconds of meeting her.

Curcio said I took the sample without paying. I agreed that is true. They asked me to pay and I returned it because I thought it was free. They wanted $20 for the tiny sample of skin cream. I can not believe they filed a police report...of course...what would the charge be??? I never heard from any police.... I'm sure they did this because of my review....I have admitted everything that I did so what is there to lie about...I was a loyal customer very regular, even had a skin cancer removed in the short time since she moved here from California. I'm wondering if she had problems in CA

Dr. Curcio and her office prioritize profits over patients. I've had a couple of experiences that rubbed me the wrong way so I suppose a little bit shame on me for returning. I certainly identify with the sentiment of the many other negative reviews and experiences posted on here. To potential new patients out there, spare yourself. I'm sure there are better, kinder doctors out there.

I had rescheduled an appointment for full skin exam in The beginning of March for today. I did not remember the appointment. When I rescheduled the first time I did it the day of, however they said it was ok. This time, a few weeks later, I got a 75 dollar charge on my card. I called and they said I missed an appointment and claimed to call me the day before. I explained they never called me and with all that's going on, I would have cancelled. They still charged 75 for a regular medical appointment! Not even a cosmetic appointment. My insurance would have probably covered less for the visit

I was seen in July to have 3 spots checked...when I first met Dr. Curcio she didn't come off as very friendly and neither did her nurse so it made it a little uncomfortable at first. Come to find out they had a rough morning and I guess weren't in the best of moods.

Dr. Curcio and her team are amazing. Dr. Curcio is down to earth and easy to talk with. I was referred to her by another dermatologist for the vascular beam laser. It's approved to treat rosacea. I have severe flushing on my neck and chest. Some on my face too. I don't tan and the flushing and splotching are very obvious and people ask me if I'm having an allergic reaction. Dr. Curcio is the first MD to have a solution for me. I've had 5 laser treatments on my neck. 2 on my face and 2 on my chest. I still need more treatments on my chest. The success I've had with this

I have been going to Curcio Dermatology since I moved to Nashville 4 years ago. I see Dr. Curcio every 6 months for checks due to my fair skin. She has always been professional, very nice and done a great job. She makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough. Additionally, parking is easy, the office waiting area is big/clean and the rest of the staff has always been very nice to work with. They get me in to be seen on time every time, so I rarely have to wait.

After writing a negative, but very true, review for Curcio Dermatology, they chose to respond with slander and lies. After the first time they did this, I responded with reporting the exact same truth to the BBB, FTC and my insurance. Now Curcio Dermatology is continuing their slander campaign by also adding they will submit video feed of my entire appointment to "prove" how much a liar I am. 1. This is illegal. It violates all confidentiality HIPPA laws (something I mentioned to the BBB, FTC and my insurance) but also, 2. Go ahead and show the video! It would do nothing but absolutely

Went for a cosmetic consult. Paid a $250 consult fee, and was looking forward to the visit. She walked into the room with a folder containing a list of products she sold in her office and an IPL brochure. Without taking a history or doing a physical exam, she proceeded to spend 45 minutes describing every single product in her folder, then told me I would need the products and IPL ($500 per session, but my consult fee would be applied towards the fee). Again, this was all in the folder before she met me or knew anything about my skin history or medical comorbidities at all. Couldn't answer

Beware. If everything goes well all is good. If there is a complication of a procedure response time and understanding of seriousness goes ignored. I have been incredibly disappointed and money seems to be the one thing they care about .
