The industry standard for providing annual skin exams to patients is 22% compliance. Pinnacle Dermatology exceeds that standard with nearly 80% of our patients receiving an Annual Total Body Skin Exam.

With 80+ locations in 11 states, Pinnacle Dermatology is the largest multi-state female-founded and owned dermatology network in the U.S. Thanks to her vision for a dermatology model that provided higher standards of patient care, Pinnacle Dermatology founder Dr. Lapinski laid the foundation for who we are today.
The skin protects our bodies from the outside world, absorbing trauma, deflecting harsh weather conditions, and resisting invasion of toxins and microorganisms. Accounting for about 15% of our overall weight, the skin provides structure and protection for the rest of our body, ensuring that our internal organs and systems have the chance to work effectively.
With skin cancer on the rise, and nearly four million Americans diagnosed with basal and squamous cell carcinoma annually, physicians and patients have additional options for non-melanoma skin cancer. Pinnacle Dermatology is now offering a non-surgical skin cancer treatment option with Superficial Radiation Therapy.
At Pinnacle, our goal is to restore and enhance your natural beauty and confidence. Through plastic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, we strive to achieve graceful and elegant results based on your goals and desires. We understand that this is a very important decision for you.

During your consultation, we listen, take the time to learn about you and together develop a collaborative plan to accomplish your aesthetic or reconstructive goals.Excellence in plastic surgery and aesthetics is all about attention to the details. From our initial interaction to your post-operative visit, we focus on the fine points to make sure your overall experience is exemplary.
Pinnacle Dermatology has partnered with RESTORE to offer our patients the best in hair restoration. RESTORE by Dr. Katona uses "Follicular Unit Extraction" or FUE which is a procedure that collects each follicle of hair one at a time from the individual and relocates it from its original spot to another location on the scalp.

My experience at the Okemos, MI location of Pinnacle was very disappointing. I was there with my daughter who was having issues, and our appointment was so rushed that we forgot to ask a few of our questions. When we exited, I remembered the questions, and asked to go back and see the doctor again (the waiting room was empty). The receptionist questioned me, and when I explained that I had forgotten because we were rushed, she told me that "no, you were not rushed." I'm not sure how she would be able to determine that. They did allow us to go back, but when then bill came through

I saw PA Adam Gomoll at Pinnacle Dermatology. He started my first appointment off by insulting my appearance saying I looked like I was just starting my day. He then did not listen to my concerns regarding my skin and was quick to push medications on me that I had expressed hadn't worked in the past. When I let him know what regime I believed would work best for me as I knew my body best he suggested I did not know it as well as him because he has "being doing so for 20 years". It is important for a medical physician to take a patients concerns into account fully instead of pushing

So my primary care referred me to this practice for an issue I wanted checked out. I eventually got an appointment which was great. On day of appointment, about time I was to leave, I looked at my phone and realized they sent me a lengthy intake form to complete but they managed to send to just my cell phone and not my email. I quickly complete the document, printed it off and ran off my office to theirs but 10 mins late.

I wait patiently for front desk staff to take care of client before me. I get in, and briefly greeted the woman at front desk and then informed her I had a 12:30 appointment

I had surgery at Doctors Approach about 6 years ago and all went well. I decided to have a couple of spots checked out. I called for an appt. in the Charlotte office and was given
a time and day. I called the day before and was told that they were not even in the office on that day. They gave me another appt. and I was told to be there at 1:45. When I arrived I was told that everyone was at lunch. I waited and was led into the exam room at 1:30 a full 45 minutes after I arrived.
The office manager's name is Monet Edwards and if you want to contact her do it early in the week because when

I would give 0 stars if I could. I started going to Doctors Approach 4 years ago and my experience was incredible. In that time they have been folded into another dermatology group called Pinnacle Dermatology and have gone extremely down hill. The office staff is rude and unresponsive, the most difficult part about working with this office is getting anyone on the phone. And if you are fortunate enough to get connected you would be lucky not to be the 15th caller to a Chicago call center instead of someone at the actual office. In a time of Covid-19 they failed to tell me in the 6-7 week span in

I was a little confused because I booked my appointment through Pinnacle but walked into a building with a different title and logo. There seems to have been a business acquisition that caused this place to have two names. The Pinnacle Dermatology name is on the website, business cards, the appointment reminder text message, and the invoice receipt. The name Doctor's Approach is on the exterior and interior of the building as well as on the beauty products.

The main lobby is wide open and tastefully decorated although there is a smell of chlorine which I assume is from the spa area. There

Had medical procedure and paid $700. Have received several statements even though bill was paid a long time ago, right after service was complete. I have called and informed them I have receipts from them but they will not return my calls and now are threatening collections! So upset with how unprofessional this office is. Will never return and definitely have warned others.
