FOUND OUT BUSINESS CLOSED AS UNFORTUNATELY OWNER STEVE PASSED AWAY.
I BY ACCIDENT DID FACTORY RESET ON MY IPHONE AND WHERE I CAN PULL UP MY CAMERAS ON PHONE TO VEIW MY HM WAS GONE. AND FIRST WAS TOLD BY TYLER HE WOULD HELP WE PLAYED A BIT OF PHONE TAG AND IVE BEEN SICK AS WELL. NUMEROUS TEXTS NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TOTALED IGNORED AND YESTERDAY HE CALLED TELLING ME HE CANT HELP ME I NEED TO HIRE ANOTHER SECURITY COMPANY TO HELP ME.
AND HOW SMART SECURITY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS.
I OFFERED EVEN TO PAY HIM AS I TRULY LIKED STEVE.

We have been working with Smart Security for a little over a year now - and they are by far the best company to work with. Quality equipment, extremely professional and great pricing. Our facility now has about 20 cameras with a nice monitoring station. Would recommend these services to anyone looking to add/upgrade their security system.

I don't write reviews like this very often, and if I do you have to really earn it! Steve and Tyler certainly earned it. These guys had the highest level of professionalism and integrity I have dealt with to date. I had them do a pretty involved install of CCTV cameras and security system in the home I just bough and I couldn't be happier.
They played no games and even suggested areas where we could save money by making little changes to our plans.
They were responsive, on time, very up front about costs and options, and were exactly on quoted invoice (no attempt to upsell )once we decided on

This company is amazing. The guys are top notch professionals. I will be telling all my family and friends about this company. If you're in the market for a surveillance system and or alarm you need to call Smart Security. I purchased my home with an existing 20 year old alarm and surveillance system . After reading a bunch of reviews from different companies and calling around I quickly realized most "security" companies are only interested in getting you to sign long contracts with alarm packages.

Yes, your company--SMART Security Systems--had me sign a contract for SAFE Security despite knowing fully well how horrible that company is. You told me on the phone and you have indicated in your response to my review that you have not signed anyone up for SAFE Security in the past year or so and yet when I checked your company's website, I saw that you continue to flaunt an advertisement for SAFE Security and being part of their dealer program. If you're reading this review, you don't have to look any further for an alarm company. Smart Security Systems, in my opinion, is the best choice. It's refreshing to find a company who truly believes, enjoys, and stands behind what they do and are professional about it.

Steve and Tyler are truly professionals in everything they do. They take pride in every wire they run and every camera they put up. As a owner of a security company my installer wasn't available to do a large camera job I needed finished before the end of the week. I called Steve on Wednesday and he scheduled my install for Friday. Great work, easy to work with and overall great guys!

We recently had some incidents around our neighborhood and one at our residence so we decided to install some cameras. We bought a Samsung system on Amazon and after getting some ridiculous estimates, we went with the much more reasonable estimate from Smart Security.
