Black Hat Security donates a portion of our revenue to Operation Underground Railroad for Arizona missions. We had a great experience with these guys. The installer was very helpful and friendly! Our new system is so user friendly and convienient! The door bell camera was great through the holidays to be able to see when packages arrived and even talk to the postman!

I just got my alarm set up with Black Hat and It was the best decision I've made as a home owner. The automation is very useful I don't know how I lived without it. Start to finish it was very easy, from the initial phone call to scheduling. Jorge showed up on time and was professional and helpful throughout the whole process. He give me confidence that anything that may come up I can count on Black Hat to handle it quickly and with precision.

I have had Black Hat Security for three or more years now. They have been responsive to equipment failures, answering phone calls, and taken care of us without fail. They are always so polite when contacted and send Technicians out when needed. Thank you for all your great service.

I would give them a zero star rating if I could. We are current customers and have tried numerous time to get a hold of someone and it is impossible to get anyone to answer their phone or call me back. We are moving and I was told a technician would come out to remove our items and now can't even get a hold of anyone. We move in 3 days and have yet to get anyone to respond to me and remove these devices. We paid a lot of money and I am so I credo disappointed in this service.

We have had Black hat for a few years now. They used to return my calls immediately, but now I can’t get a hold of anyone. Our cameras keep going out and I have to continue to reset them. But the fact that I have left numerous voicemails and can’t get anyone to call me back is ridiculous! The first time, it took someone 2 weeks to call me back and they provided me with bad information, now I have been trying to get a hold of someone for past few weeks and still nothing. Customer service has definitely gone down hill. I am looking to cancel.

Very unhappy with their customer service. Tried to call 5x yesterday and get help. No one called back. Called the next day, still nothing back.
I cancelled 8 months ago and still getting charged by them. Call the main phone number, and still got another call back from anyone.

Was a great five star company when we signed up with them three years ago. They are about to lose my business. Door bell camera malfunctioned in early June took several trys to get a hold of someone and then it wasn't until the 10th of july for a tech to come out. He determined the camera was defective but did not have a replacement with him. Was told we would be contacted to schedule a replacement. It is now August 26th. No contact. No one will answer the phone, return calls to messages left or respond to emails.

The customer service has gone downhill. Can't get return phone calls or emails. The staff that does end up calling you back is great - obviously a management and staffing issue. I referred a friend and he didn't go with Black Hat because they never returned his calls. I was shocked as it never happened to me. Now over the last month I am experiencing the same thing.

I appreciate all the help. That Jorge did when he came to reinstall after I bought a new home. He didn't just put cameras up. He ensured they were in working order and positioned correctly. Great work and Great service by Jorge. Thank you for the friendly install and conversation throughout.

I've had Black Hat Security for a couple of years. I've had issues from the beginning to keep my doorbell connected to my WIFI. They have replaced the doorbell which seemed to help but now even going through their tutorial I can't get it to reconnect. I've reached out and explaining my issues and they keep telling me to go through the tutorial. Still can't connect and they aren't helping me reconnect. So frustrated!

We had our system installed by JD and he was so thorough about the whole process, made everything super simple and patiently answered all of our questions. I am so happy with Black Hat! . Landon came out to install and was very thorough. I love how clean everything looks. You can't see any wires or cords. Landon is very polite and professional. I messaged with a question about the system and he immediately responded to me and solved my issue. I'm super impressed with the support I received and very impressed with the system! I will definitely refer too my friends.

Cannot say enough great things about this company, the customer service from the beginning, the installation process with Zach and the product. Would recommend every time.

From my first inquiry, I received a call within 20 minutes. I cannot say how much I appreciated this. It was on my mind and it was something i wanted to handle immediately. When they called so soon, it allowed me to handle it immediately.

Great set up process - incredibly thorough. We had been considering getting a new system for a while now, and you just couldn't beat their price! Free install, Free panel, Free "Skybell" door bell, all the sensors for $36 a month with a 3 year contract. Love the panel - it's cute and matches the light switches, you can use custom pictures that scroll through when the panel goes to sleep.
The install process was quick and easy. Landon was an exceptional install professional - very polite and informative. We very much appreciate how helpful he was!

We signed up with this company close to a year ago. At first, we were excited about joining this company since it was advertised over and over. Plus this company is locally owned and I always love supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, things have gone down hill since I've made a commitment to pay them in the next 3 years.

The doorbell camera works for the first few months and it stops recording for unknown reason. We tried resetting it multiple times. It worked for a few days and then it stops working again. We've made subsequent phone calls with no permanent resolution. Since

Update..... it's been a week and half and my box went black. I sent two messages and no answer. I messaged the 24 hour service number last night and no answer. Finally got a hold of someone but Cant get it fixed Monday. Disappointed. :(

Initial install - Zack was the best. Dealt with my dogs following him around and explained everything very thoroughly.

Ok surprisingly sometimes things are better left to the husband........ I just want to second my husbands review (Marc). He's the tech nerd in our family and loves to watch the dogs sleep. I like the comfort that we are ALL safe and my electric bill isn't going to be $500 this month!!! Thank you for changing our lives for the better!!!
