There are single king rooms, double full and queen rooms, a triple room, and an apartment. Each room is provided with cable TV, free wifi, a fridge and a microwave. There is also a communal kitchen and guest laundry machines. All rooms are non-smoking. Weekly rates available for extended-stay guests.
Small pets are allowed with a daily fee of $20 per pet and a refundable deposit of $100 per day. No cats are allowed. Our large parking lot can accommodate boats, trucks and RV vehicles. Electrical outlets are available for $20 a day. You may cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they got us a room last minute. Now that being said it was a room with cold water only on Friday night and no water at all on Saturday night, they were replacing the water heater as we were leaving. There was no mention of a discounted rate for that. Not that its super important but did take away from looking put together, the bed sheets didn't match OR even stay on the bed. Pet deposit is non refundable even if your pets do nothing to the property. This is an extended stay motel, so there are people living there. The outside needs a major facelift

The guy is very, very nice but the place is a dump and for what it is they charge way too much. There are broken pieces of the bed on the scratched up night stand, tools around, all of the baseboard heaters are taken apart and pieces laying around. The door lock is not secure, none of the sheets or comforters match, it's just random pieces they either brought from home or bought at the salvation army. The toilet barely flushes and the whole place has a musty, mildew smell. The worker is very, very nice and that is the only reason I didn't call Expedia and demand a refund. I checked for bugs, I

I was lucky enough just stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms number 18 staff was very helpful play it out that I should see the cheese store across the street the ships that they build right down on the river crossing the bridge look to your right they told me don't miss going out to the lighthouse very knowledgeable about the area think I'll be staying longer they told me about a place called The falls waterfalls I can't wait to see it.

Other than the location you would better off staying at the Bates Motel. If you have issues with the smell of mold do yourself a favor and look elsewhere even if the price is right. Actually shocked they don't offer an hourly rate because that's the type of vibes this place gives off. This is the type of place drug deals happen. The lady at the front desk must be new at this, she also seems very unkempt.

Only good thing i can say, the room was conveniently priced. Other than that its a flop house for local transient people to panhandle from guests, one of them including the manager whom asked if i could spare change for a pack of cigarettes. Would not recommend if you're looking for a quiet weekend which would be expected when the motel is out in the middle of nowhere.
