This vendor raises his rent yearly by the maximum. During Covid none of us were afforded a single consolation. Now the landlord is raiding the rent by 3% during Covud! What person with any heart or compassion for others goes and raises the rent when we are all currently struggling to even feed our families or to pay our rent as it is.

Makes all tenants pay for the air conditioners if they break and they were all over 15 years old. Makes you pay his parking lot taxes tho it's full of trash daily
