Angie was born in Quincy, Florida, but left the Sunshine state at an early age and traveled the globe. She operated businesses in Australia, Saipan, Guam, London, Alaska, and eventually the Hawaiian Islands. It was during her time on the Big Island that Angie came to embrace the Aloha Spirit, the gracious, friendly acceptance shared with her by the native islanders.
Angie brought this spirit with her when she returned to Florida and opened Aloha Realty of Florida, llc in Ormond by the Sea. There her customers are treated like family and many become close friends. Her beach get-togethers help spread the Aloha Spirit and introduce new residents to her extended family and friends.

Angie was my broker I worked with when buying a condo in Ormond-By-The-Sea in Fall of 2020. I could not have made a better choice! Whenever I called for something, Angie was on it within minutes. When we found the right place we had an offer made and accepted within a few hours, and closed on time despite several "bumps" along the way with various issues that always come up when trying to buy a property. Angie is the best!
Since my first encounter with Angie via phone from across the state, She was on top of things. She listened to exactly what we were looking for; even went to see showings on her own! Even when my husband and I kept changing our minds, Angie did not complain or hesitate to switch courses.
After finding me the perfect location (2 minutes walk to 🌴), Angie was able to get us in for the first showing! That was the ONLY reason we were able to buy the 🏠.
Even after selling us the place, she still keeps in touch daily.

Angie and Carey sold our house in 5 hours...FIVE HOURS! Their professionalism , attention to detail, and determination is relentless. Angie assisted us in buying our house in Ormond Beach, and she was such a big help! She showed up for our inspections and was pleasantly willing to arrange to show us the house multiple times.
