After the emotional experience of witnessing our mother succumb to and pass from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, and weighed down with the difficult decisions we needed to make concerning her care, it was with exponential relief that my sister and I were able to call upon Caitlin and A Cremation - Affordable Alternative once again (she had also cared for the cremation of my sister's husband).
Our meeting with Caitlin was friendly and compassionate, even lighthearted, as we spoke about my mother, which my sister and I appreciated. We filled out the required paperwork effortlessly

Alan was very thorough and compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. He took care of details quite thoroughly while being very patient as we gathered information that was needed by him and the state of Florida. Their price was great which was a big deal as the family members' death was quite unexpected. The only thing we hope they change is that his office does not have wheelchair access, but they are happy to arrange meetings in a different way if wheelchair access is a necessity.
