I relocated my mother from Dublin Retirement Village to BlueBird London and could not be happier. The staff to patient ratio is higer. No staff turn over so far. No Agnecies. My mother is actually leaving her room and participating as a result of the consistency and care. I highly reccomend private over corporate. BlueBird is a hidden gem.

Not sure I’d want anyone I personally care about to be here. They have 1 very publicly racist Nurse on staff. Nurse Ridder. They have been made aware of this and yet keep her. I would fear for the people who don’t look her. And wonder if she is giving them ethical treatment.

I should have taken a picture to post that too but staff using the retirement community van service van to run errands and parking in handicap spots when they're not the ones handicap and they don't have any of the senior citizens with them and when they Park they are parking in the Striped off no parking areas that are giving other handicapped people access to and from the parking and their vehicles so for the quality of staff I rate this at below 1 star but one star is the lowest you can go their staff should obey the laws and respect the rights of a handicap placard
