Richard has been my insurance agent for the past 10 years. Each time I visit the office or make a call to make changes to my policy I am always greeted with a friendly smile or voice on the other end. Absolute terrible service. I've never had to write a review on a company but with the experience I received from this statefarm office it just had to be documented. I would capitalize the s in statefarm but they're not deserving of it. ONLY experienced 1 month with them and they tacked on $20 to my policy claiming they didn't know I was the policy holder and thought my brother was. Also claimed they didn't know I was under 25, absolutely ridiculous. If i'm on the phone with you setting up a policy YOU know I tell you my name and YOU know I told you my age. NEVER AGAIN will I go through this company

This office is great. Everyone is honest and funny... it literally feels you are amongst friends and family. And if you are able to get qualified for insurance... you will get the best rate. Just an amazing experience.

Every time I walk in the office I immediately feel welcome from the receptionist to the staff and agent. I been in this office for a little bit over a year now. I highly recommend them, thanks to them I have over 40$ per month and I also have more coverage now.

Fantastic service from Wendy! In a ten minute meeting she helped greatly reduce my auto premium. She clearly answered my questions and showed options with no sales pressure. The entire office quickly answers phone calls and emails. Every summer they suspend my auto with one 10 second phone call. This kind of service is rare and valuable!
