All ordered images will be fully retouched, not in the plastic-y skin, soft focus, everything in b+w but one thing kind of way. 2.5 stars. Had a similar experience as Alex B. Maybe a consequence of the busy holiday season, but after having our order delivery date pushed back several times, we were left disappointed. Wife was happy with the actual shoot, studio, and photography, but getting the end product to the customer as promised was a challenge.
I'm also giving the rating based on price. This is a nicer studio and as such comes with better equipment. You expect to pay more. But I would advise to scan the price list first to know your options. If you're looking for a few good shots to have prints made

Nice studio, nice guy. Worked well getting poses and with our fussy son. However I am overall not impressed at all. It took over a month to get 11 pictures done. We barely had time to make our Christmas cards. He was also supposed to send a flash drive with photos to us and we still have yet to receive it.

I have worked with Captured Moments on both personal and professional photo shoots and have always been beyond thrilled with the results! They always seem to get the shots that you would have never thought of and are outside of the same ol poses and pics you get year after year. And the prices are great!
