My contract was up in October. Wrote an email telling customer service I was not renewing contract did not email me back or call me . Over 45 days later they send me a past due bill. I tried calling November 25-26 only had answering service answer and left messages. I still have not heard from them. An alarm company doesn’t answer their phone number during business hours? That fact would make me never trust them again . The company could answer emails also .
