The rates are reasonable but it is difficult to get by the answering service to talk to someone with fifteen alarms. Also there are multiple numbers to call which is confusing. They respond quickly to an alarm and call the police instantly-sometimes too quickly not giving the homeowner any chance to prevent the police from coming even though the alarm was turned off within seconds of its being activated

We have had a great experience. Great customer service. Most of our requests have been over the phone and they have answered them in a timely manner either that day or the next. We also appreciate the affordable rates they offer and would recommend them to anyone interested in having an alarm system put in there home for the first time or looking to make a change from their existing service.
