Services
We refer to it as our design studio. We do not have all our entire inventory on display but you can schedule an appointment to view our Tabletop items (Glasses, Plates, Flatware, Linens, etc). Large rental items may not be viewed in our studio as space does not permit (Tents, Throne Chairs, Backdrops, etc).

We booked and solidified a contract with Ricky’s Party Rentals on October 10, 2021. The price was solidified and paid for according to the payment schedule listed on contract. My husband and I thought everything was paid for, but the day before my wedding an additional $225.00 was added onto our contract. Apparently, this was due to travel time from drivers because I was told by a woman on the phone that they usually don’t have drivers on Friday/Sunday traveling to Temecula.

I have previously ordered with Ricky's Party Rentals and I recently placed an order for chairs, tables and hedge wall. Everything was clean and delivered promptly a day before. What I like the most is their easy booking system on their website, you can browse their inventory, book online and they're pricing is very reasonable. They are also very effective with their communication. I will definitely continue to use this vendor for future gatherings.

Been a customer for years and Ricky's has always come through. Vanessa is always prompt getting back to me no matter how busy she is, by the end of the day I always get a call or email with my detailed information of what I needed. They have the cleanest tables, chairs and linens. The prices are great too.

Horrible service and terrible communication. They ended up dropping everything off about 10 hours late, in the dark, the night before the event. They stated they got "held up" at the previous stop, but failed to communicate to us at all, which resulted in us having to call them and leave voicemails because no one EVER picked up the phone. Even when coming to pick up the equipment, they never kept us in the loop. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional company.

They have outstanding customer service by phone and they communicated with me so efficiently by email. We had to cancel our daughter's wedding three days before it was to take place, due to COVID. We had to put all suppliers on hold for at least a year. Ricky's Party Rental was so helpful and kept our order on hold for a year. We called Ricky's Rental the beginning of year to re-order and make changes to original order for our daughter's One Year Celebration.
Vanessa was so pleasant, patient and helpful with our questions and to get all we needed for event ordered.

I found Ricky's Party Rental while doing a Yelp search. They had great reviews, which I can now definitely see why. We placed our order on their website, which was easy to navigate and had a nice selection. Had a small baby shower over the weekend and I found this comion Instagram- I rented their gold chivari chairs that added a beautiful touch! I also needed some table linens last minute and Ricky and his delivery guy pulled through! So happy with their service I will most definitely be using for all my future events. I booked a couple tables along with chairs, nothing grand. That in itself was pretty great. The best part was that I could do it all online, I mistakenly ordered an extra table so I called and they were quick to answer and quickly remove it from my order and send me an email with my updated order. Even though I wasn't there for the drop off and delivery because the party was at my mother in laws. I've used Ricky's Party Supply for multiple events. Their website is easy to use, which makes ordering a breeze. They deliver/pick up promptly. Their communication is great. Everything we've rented has been in good condition and the delivery guys always wipe down the wood items when setting up (farm tables, dance floor, etc.). One thing I really loved about Ricky's Party Rentals is that you can book everything online. It makes it SO easy and convenient ! I booked about five days before our event, everything was delivered early the day prior, and picked up early the day after. I also think the prices were very fair ! Curtis was the person that communicated with me regarding everything (via text - which is also convenient), and he was very courteous and helpful. I have hired them on Two occasions once for my sisters baby shower and the most recent was for a funeral service held at our home on both occasions they were very helpful and they have great prices.

Working with this company was a joy. they were quick to respond with questions or concerns. Very professional. Very accommodating. We ordered 100 wooden chairs along with tables, coffee pot, piping and heaters. Everything was perfect and some of our guest even remarked that the wooden chairs did not look rented since they were in such great shape. Probably because they each came individually covered. Ricky did an amazing job helping us with our event. He's very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Equipment was so clean! All we had to do was point. Ricky and his employees did the rest.
