This is by far the best service I've ever (consistently) had at any rental place. Better pricing too by faf ovet all rental places. And the equipment is clean and maintained and not missing parts, etc.

It was nice to work with easy to rent from and quick. They are willing to work with you. They even loaded it for me. We will be going there again. Nice to be able to call on phone to extend rental agreement. When job take longer then expected. Thank you Dutch Brother Machine.

I would swear that the airless sprayer I rented was brand new although it wasn't. They maintain their stuff so well and the guys at the counter are always helpful.

First class in every way! From counter personal to the guys in the yard, all very professional ,friendly and very helpful.
Their light towers kept out Christmas bike give away build out of the dark.

We are a company from out of state that needed equipment for the new Big Al's bowling center that just opened up. Eddie, Juan, and Steve were all great to deal with! Even when we were at our flakiest! (We need a forklift, we don't need a forklift, we need a forklift) They were always pleasant and accommodating. The always delivered on time and sometimes even early! I really hope that I need to use them in the future.

Zero Professionalism, broken down equipment, poor customer service. Need I say More?
Specifically Juan "The Manager" not sure what his malfunction is, but it should be addressed.
Maybe if they worked out the issues they could go back to focusing on equipment rentals not their party rental business

I rented a roto tiller for my yard and went to City Rentals instead of Home Depot. City Rentals had fewer choices for what to rent (2 sizes while Home Depot had 4 different sizes) but their "Small" tiller was the same size as Home Depot's Large for a cheaper price.
Not only were they helpful in showing me how to use the tiller but they also loaded and unloaded the tiller from my truck. To top it all off I rented the tiller for 4 hours $15/hr but they only charged me for 2 hours.
They may not have as many consumer grade tools to rent but getting an industrial tool for the same price as a Home
