At 750 square feet, the De Luxe lounge can accommodate about 50 guests. It includes ambient LED lighting which can be changed according to your preferences, and you can also arrange the furniture any way you wish (or remove it altogether) to accommodate your event. Some clients may want tables and chairs for dining; other clients may want chairs only for a small business meeting.
Olivia's main room is 2,300 square feet, making it just the right size to comfortably accommodate 150 guests. One of the first things that most guests will notice is our beautiful glowing LED lights, which can be customized to match the colors, theme, or tone of your event. One of the best banquet halls I been too. On 10/30 I was the best man for my friends wedding and honestly they made my best friends special day perfect. All the food was amazing super fresh salads, apps, entrees, and the staff was super attentive and extremely nice as well especially one of the floor managers a little bit older gentleman with glasses, the hall was very clean and spacious. Overall extremely happy with this banquet hall and recommend this place for all form of events

We are so happy we had chosen De Luxe Banquet Hall for our daughter's 18th Birthday Celebration. We fell in love with the place the minute we walked inside, from the marble dance floor to the spectacular decor, very elegant, clean and safe. We planned our event in less than a month and every concerns we had were address by Haroot in a very efficient and timely manner. Every last minute changes we made were accommodated with welcoming attitude. Haroot is the best!!! He's very easy to work with, very professional and exceptionally accessible. We held our daughter's wedding reception at De Lux last weekend. During cocktail hour i was very disappointed at the service because they were serving the champagne with plastic flutes. It was very embarrassing and tacky. Not only for us but also for De Lux. That is not professionalism, that was being cheap on your behalf.

We came to a wedding at this beautiful Banquet Hall. De Luxe is a very large and elegant banquet hall. They had over 300 guests. Everything about this location was absolutely breathtaking. The walls were very modern, the lighting was incredible, the beautiful marble dance floor just makes you wanna get up and dance even if you don't like the music.
The music is totally up to you. If you hire a DJ or a live band is totally up to you! At this wedding they had both a DJ and a live band. It was an incredible night.
The food, was so yummy! So much food!

I must say hats off to each of the individuals who gave me an excellent experience at this fantastic banquet hall. I was very pleased with my level of service and have no complaints. After countless searches and frustrating meetings, We came across this beautiful hall on yelp. My husband met with Harout and he was nothing but kind to us. He was so helpful and honest, that we had to go with this hall.

Here for a retirement party and this place is beautiful!! There is food galore!!! I am full off of hours devours and then the real courses come out! Everything is fresh and delicious. The chandeliers are gorgeous and the decor is fabulous. Keeping this place in mind for future wedding receptions or birthday parties.

We had our wedding reception in the smaller hall for 50 guests. It was perfect!!! Haroot and Albert were always so helpful and very accommodating through the months leading up to our wedding reception. The hall is gorgeous, affordable, and the food was scrumptious. Our guests raved about the food that was served. They provided servers to bring out our food and drinks. They were attentive and professional. They provided table covers and napkins, they set up for us. Our wedding was everything we had imagined. Thank you De Lux!!!

I have got my wedding in this banquette hall and all my guests including myself were super happy and pleased about every single service they provided us. Harout and Mr. Albert truly supported and directed us through our wedding process. On my wedding night, Harout coordinated everything and took all the stress off our shoulder. Super friendly and professional staff. Very on time and quality service. I have been into more than 50 weddings but I felt the difference at De Luxe. I recommend this place big time as they made my wedding night a heaven for everyone! Really appreciate their support.

We were invited for a family gathering. We had a full table of 10. The atmosphere was very nice, very well decorated contemporary banquet Hall. Perfect location in the heart of downtown Burbank.
But when it comes to food it was completely diffrent story. The food did not match up to basic standards. To be honest I was very disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. It was no where close to how each food had to taste.

Great Banquet Hall in downtown Burbank. All new lightings and decorations. Large, smooth and nice shape dance floor was very inviting. Tables set very nicely surrounding the dance floor. Waiters are great special shout-out to Mr. Armen who took care of our table very kindly.
Food, and drink appetizers and main courses all great and fresh fruits, tea and coffee was delicious too! DJ was awesome. Tables and chairs very comfy, although we spent most of the time in the dance floor :) great night, great Banquet, great experience!

My wedding was at Deluxe and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue. Where do I begin. First and Foremost Mr.Albert & Haroot were fantastic. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with them both. They made me feel like I was apart of their family. One of my favorite things about this venue is that they were completely flexible and accommodating weather it was in regards to rentals, decorations, alcohol, food, etc. Every time I wanted to stop by to review something, they were always available for me. Great venue for occasions like weddings or reunions. Security is provided along with valet. The inside has clean bathrooms and a decent size dance floor. The hall is very will designed and fits about 200 - 300 people. The location is easy to get to and when you leave it's super fast to get in the 5 fwy.

I have performed here as a DJ many times now. The staff is super friendly, the managers (Harout, Albert, William) are really great guys to work with and very thorough. They're on top of it. The food is always delicious. That's not to mention that the hall looks great too. It's been updated recently.

I am appalled at the lack of compassion and respect at the manager of this place and will actively inform others to NOT make reservations here. I suggest if you are reading this, you support another venue with people who will actually care about you and your event not just money.
My friends and family hosted a memorial service here last week in order of a young woman who passed away.
I would like to note, the waiters were kind and respectful.
The manager (or whoever was in charge that day) was completely disrespectful, lacks tact and I hope takes a class in customer

I got married in this banquet hall on August of 2017. It was very nicely renovated, the interior looks very luxurious and modern. I got a big amount of help from the on-site manager Haroot and the Albert who is running the events on the banquet-hall floor. Great service and security that never gave me an issue. If I will get married again, I will definitely go for Deluxe (JK)!!!

We booked our wedding here last Saturday and WOW!!! What an amazing experience!!!!! Harout is the nicest, sweetest guy ever. He seriously made this wedding planning experience a pleasant one and the prices were amazing. He was so patient with us and walked us though everything. We signed our contract to reserve the De Luxe Banquet Hall for our Wedding on 2/27/16 in April 2015 with the previous Manager, Albert. Albert was amazing- very accommodating, friendly, and willing to bargain. We were in love with the banquet hall, so when the date we wanted was available, booking the hall for our wedding was a no brainer.

Excessive colorful lights cast unpleasant shadows all over the banquet hall; the lower the quality of the lights the lower the quality of the pictures. Unfortunately in last 3 events that I've attended here, I couldn't take any high quality picture.
The food and appetizers are delicious except one appetizer which is Lebanese Raw Kibbe. I love raw meat and I have tried this dish in many different Lebanese places, but the taste of Kibbe here is lacking something

If you have an event coming up, you need to consider De Luxe in Burbank. Not only is it in the heart of Downtown Burbank, but they have valet parking, great decor, professional service, and amazing food. There were over a dozen appetizers on the table before we even walked in! When the dinner came, it was platter after platter of chicken, beef, ground beef, and fish kabobs. You can't go wrong!
I would recommend this place for engagements, weddings, christening parties, and other similar events.
