Kids & Giggles aims to offer safe and secure child care at all times. Close, personal attention for each child is essential to providing a quality experience for all children. Our services will exceed the expectations of our families. We are a play based center that helps foster the development of a young childs creative thinking skills by giving them meaningful opportunities using play to experiment, explore, question, and discover.
We operate a full summer camp program for school agers that includes a wide variety of activities. Infant, Toddler & Preschool curriculum based on the Ohio Department of Education Content Standards. Our preschool program is designed to prepare children for their transition to kindergarten. Kids & Giggles is fully licensed by the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and adheres to all requirements and policies of child care licensing.

Services
Our Goal at Kids & Giggles is to help our children become creative and independent thinkers, while developing a sense of responsibility for their own mental and physical health. We strive to help them understand that they are a part of a diverse community and that their actions influence the quality of the community.
A registration fee of $25.00 plus $2.00 for the strategies gold book (step up to quality) and a $25.00 annual renewal fee per child are required. These non-refundable fees must be paid before the child's first day. Overtime charges for child care past 5:30 p.m. is $1.00 per minute, which is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
A "Medical/Physical Care Plan" and "Administration of Medication" form may also be required. In addition, parents will be responsible for providing alternative or supplemental food items which meet meal requirements established by the USDA (See "Building for the Future" contained in this packet) for their child.
Transportation- Wooster City Elementary School children are transported by Kids & Giggles. A signed permission slip and a schedule are required. If your child needs to be transported, you must notify BOTH Kids & Giggles and the school. If your child will be attending Kids & Giggles before and/or after school, we'd like to know.
The latchkey program operates in conjunction with the school calendar. The program is open from 6:30 am to 8:50 am & 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The program is closed when school is closed for breaks and holidays, or cancellations due to weather but students are able to receive care at our main location during these times.

I attended Perky’s when I was in elementary through middle school. My son was attending another day care facility where he was bullied and the teacher turnover was almost every month. I moved him to Kids and Giggles where he is more than thriving, building great friendships, and the teachers are so friendly and attentive. In fact, when I enrolled my son, Bonnie remembered me! I love how she is an advocate for anti-bullying and truly enforces that through the staff and facility. As a grandparent I would like to share what a wonderful, careing and professional staff work here. I have attended after your events that exceeded my expectations. They always seen to impress me. Staff stay late for these events and go out of their way to mingle and help students. Grandson has learned alot and enjoys it.
