ASAP 2 U Limousine & Sedan Service

I had THE most wonderful experience with ASAP 2 U Limo & Sedan Service. I called last minute on a Friday for Saturday night service for pick up & drop to/from our hotel to dinner. Our driver was SO accommodating & professional. We even had a few laughs with our driver! He made is feel safe and comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this car service. I have used ASAP2U Limousine and Sedan Service before when I needed to go to Amtrak to catch my long distance train. I booked the ride over the phone with and also got the owner Jay as my driver. He was super professional, super polite, super friendly, and super conversational. His car was super clean inside and out. He was on time to pick me up and dropped me off in time to check in and catch my train. I recently was traveling with a co-worker to Latin America, and we were carrying some large boxes of electronic equipment. Departure was through SFO, and we decided to use ASAP 2 U (Jay) to schlep our gear to the plane from the South Bay - he'd previously helped our workers with other travel needs, but it was my first outing.

Jay met us on time, had plenty of room in the SUV he brought to carry everything, and chose well the route to get to the airport. We arrived with the extra time we needed to move our stuff, he helped getting everything on karts, and we were off the the races - as

I experienced fantastic service from ASAP 2U. Jay was punctual, professional, and flexible for me. There were flight related delays on my return flight, and Jay waited patiently for everything to get sorted out to pick me up. Additionally, the car was extremely nice and very clean. I would highly recommend this service as it provided me with stress free convenience to and from the airport. Jay does a good job reading the mood of the passenger as well. He happily interacted with me on my way to the airport but also respected my jetlag on my ride home.

I have been using Jay's service since 2009 (ASAP2uLimo@gmail.com), and all of his drivers provided on-time and courteous rides in those comfortable town cars. Once you chat with Jay for 10 min, you will know him as someone who always puts customers first, takes pride in his logistics, and stays competitive in this incredibly tough business. His drivers are all fun to chat with too, and if you would rather take a nap from the jet lag, they leave you alone in quiet peace. In terms of service quality, I cannot imagine that another airport transportation company does a better job.

Jay's service is really unmatched. He's on time, courteous and his prices are very competitive. I used him at my last company and recently reconnected with him to take me and my wife to the airport. He is respectful of your time and knows when to interact with you or leave you alone in the back seat when you take a call or do some email. i would highly recommend this company.

I don't know who Danielle got 3+ years ago with her "coupon", but I don't think it was Jay or one of Jay's drivers, unless he's completely changed like Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde! I've used Jay for business and personal trips to and from SFO and SJC since 2008 and there are none better. He understands the value of keeping his customers happy and he always delivers the highest quality service. Plus he's an incredibly nice guy and a fun person to get to know. First off, Danielle's review is well over 3 years old at this point and in my opinion is definitely an outlier as my experience with Jay Alkhoury (owner and one of the drivers) is completely opposite in a good way of course.

I first met Jay as he was selected by my wife's company as THE driver to handle all her back and forth from our house to SFO or SJC. At first site Jay is an imposing figure, have no fear he is a gentle bear but you can be certain you will be well protected. I can't speak for Danielle's experience, but I think I'm one of Jay's oldest customers and I think they're fantastic. Jay (the owner) is an incredibly nice guy. ALWAYS on time. I travel a lot and I've never once had him be late in 4 years. He knows what kind of coffee my wife likes and has it for her when he picks her up (he gets me a bottle of water).
