Need a ride? Palo Alto Limo's convenient airport pick-up system is based on a philosophy of no waiting time and no parking fees, ensuring the most efficient bags-to-car arrival. Whether you need car or limo service to or from San Francisco, Oakland or San Jose airports, we can get there quickly and safely.
Palo Alto Limo's fleet of vehicles emphasizes luxury and style, reliability and comfort. Our variety of vehicle types ensure that you will have the perfect transportation to meet all of your small group requirements. Our vehicles are professionally maintained. An online Preventative Maintenance Database System tracks the mileage and repairs made to our fleet to ensure that all routine safety and regulation checks are made on a scheduled basis.
Please feel free to contact us for price quotes or locations not listed or to make reservations. Wait Time: First 15 Minutes are Free, $15 for each additional 15 minutes or fraction of 15 minutes. International Curbside Pickup (Canada excluded). No charge for first hour. After 1 hour $15 will be added and then $15 every additional 15 minutes or fraction of 15 minutes thereafter.

We decided to get a car service for 3 couples who were going to dinner and to the ELO concert on the day of the event.
I wasn't confident we would be able to get a car but Gary came through for us! We got their very large SUV and had his driver CK drive us. Everything went smoothly and they even had champagne glasses for us as we had to do a little pre party celebration as it was my wife's birthday as well. He showed up almost 10 min early and got us down to SJ in good time.
Gary was very personable and I felt like I knew him for a long time even though it was for the first time

Norm took great care of me during my visit to the Bay area, making it a painless experience to get from point to point with fun and friendly conversation. Whenever my VIP guests come to bay area, I used Palo Alto Limo service for them. My guest always were satisfied with the service. Especially, the drivers were so friendly and respectful. Also, always same service quality.

Requested an online quote to and from SFO. Got a price back within minutes. Did the booking online, and received a prompt follow-up from Gary.
ZK, our driver, arrived ten minutes early, in a super-clean Suburban... bonus! He was very friendly and professional, in both demeanor and attire. Dropped us off at baggage check-in, with our bags on the curb. Painless.
We were pleasantly surprised to have ZK pick us up for the return trip, as well. PA Limo requested our flight info in advance

We used Palo Alto Limo for our wedding transportation to and from the hotel and the venue. We rented a mini bus to "shuttle" our guests so that they would not have to worry about driving. I was pleased with the office staff as they were very helpful and responsive to my questions. The rate was also really good considering.
The one star review stems from them showing up at the venue and calling me telling me there was nobody to pick up. Obviously there is nobody to pick up because you're supposed to be at the hotel and not the venue. Our guests were waiting at the hotel for a shuttle

I'm starting this review before actually using the service. I called this morning, fairly early, and was greeted pleasantly by Gary. It's highly possible he didn't have his coffee yet, but he was courteous, professional, and got ALL of the details correct. I don't have a common name, so to get the spelling correct and email address correct in one and a half tries is impressive to me.
So far, I'm impressed. I will update this review once I have officially used their service. Fingers crossed that I will be able to bump the stars up to FIVE.

All around, this is a great company. From when you call to the actual driving, this is a great company. We used them to pick up our elderly mother and drive her from Marin to Santa Clara County and everything was perfect. My mother was reluctant, but ALberto was fantastic and mom had a great time.

I ordered a car this morning from Palo Limo. Leslie, the young woman who helped me book the care was courteous, professional and polite. I forgot to say how helpful she was.
I am very impressed with this company and my friend uses it all the time.
My flight leaves at 6:20. I know my driver will be here at 4 am. I'm not a morning person, so I hope he doesn't expect conversation. As long as I make my flight, and I'm sure that I will, it could be a very quiet ride.

Used Palo Alto Limo twice in the past week, once for airport pickup, once for a complicated trip to take my mother-in-law and hour and a half away to look at retirement homes since she couldn't drive herself. She is a hard one to please, so when she came home and said "it was great and I learned a lot about the area from my driver" I was delighted.
In both cases Palo Alto Limo exceeded expectations. Will use again.

First, the staff that helped me book a roundtrip ride for my aunts were great. We had lot of changes to the reservation, mostly last minute, and PA Limo really bent over backwards to accommodate us.
Next, the driver texted me when he arrived at their house, early, so they knew he was there. He opened the door for them and helped them in the car. My aunts are chatty and I think they talked about Italy the whole way from San Francisco to San Jose. They got to their destination quickly and happily.

Love this limo service! Definitely the best that my husband and I have run across. Online booking was easy, and the process was clear. Scheduling confirmation was received within the hour.
They pick you up and have a bottle of water waiting for you. The cars are clean and comfortable. They ask if this is your first visit, and if so point out some places of interest. Loved that they could 'read' their clients and be chatty.... or not, based on the client's mood and need (sometimes an overly chatty driver can be an annoyance).
One of the fabulous cars they have to offer is a Tesla

Palo Alto Limo Service is my choice for transportation in the area.
I travel to Palo Alto and Mountain View very frequently for work, and I always fly into SFO, because there's not a direct flight into SJC. In the past, I took taxis, but the cost was astronomical. They charge 150% after the first 15 miles! After getting burned several times and paying out the nose for rides in dirty, smelly taxis, I finally wizened up and starting booking with these guys.
Palo Alto Limo Service does it better for cheaper. And the service is impeccable.
Every ride includes personal, prompt service. As
