These fellas (and ladies) are so much fun!!!! Andrew is the first auctioneer I’ve seen in real life and even through the several month shut down I’ve been waiting every Thursday to go back!! His crew is full of knowledge, they’re kind, personable, they’re fair. The audience they attract are very fun, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind as well. Of course there is always an item or two you will have to fight a “friend” for... but that’s part of going to an auction! I’ve been a weekly visitor for months straight and when they open after shut down I’ll be more than ready to continue

I love ATKC! I've been to the auctions on Thursday nights many times. They always have a great mix of interesting things. The crew is always on point and professional. I have had the best experiences taking my son. We always mange to pick up some treasure that we didn't know we needed. It's a lot of fun for not a lot of money. I also introduced Andrew and his team to my parents when they decided to downsize. They showed up with more than enough muscle and had all the items moved out in a couple of hours. They found the whole process to be easy and were happy with all aspects of the partnership

This is THE PREMIER Auction House! I cannot believe the fantastic finds.
I am getting ready to move and am downsizing my personal collection. I just found out that a Ludwig Gschossmann painting that I purchased for $100 is valued over $1k.
The same thing goes for the amazing dinnerware that was purchased for $15.00 for the set. The set is valued at over $110 minimum, and I was just throwing the dishes in the dishwasher (oops!).
Andrew and his AH-MAZING crew are THE BEST!! Friendly, knowledgeable, FUN!!! I look forward to date night here every week! In fact, they were even featured on TLC's

Neat auction with fantastic, helpful staff. Surprisingly, the food and baked goods are actually made by a former chef and are to die for. Homemade oatmeal cookies and chocolate brownies at an auction? Meatball subs? Yup! This auction is a neat little gem tucked among those which make KC a great place to live. Honestly, it is the highlight of my week. And no, I do NOT work there. I hate to rate it highly and spoil my best kept secret, but Andrew is a hell of a nice guy and does a great job.

Thursday night auctions are awesome.
This was my first time at an auction. The staff were friendly and explained everything.
There is a lot of smalls and furniture. It will take 5 hours to get through everything. So be prepared, bring food, extra cell phone battery.....maybe some booze.
Picked up 4 great buys for $40.
There is a loading dock which makes it easy too.
Will totally come back again.

Andrew's auction is a great place to buy and sell stuff. They provide a service to sellers that is underrated and frankly a bargain given the overhead and work it takes to run an auction like theirs every week. They are consistent is every way which is comforting and its why I don't mind taking them stuff to sell and going on a Thursday evening to see what kinds of treasures might pop up.
I just have to comment on PJ's earlier review... PJ is one of those guys who thinks his stuff is gold but doesn't have the time or knowledge to do anything with it. So he takes it to an

They take a huge percentage and you get low, low, next to nothing for your items, even if they are really nice. Low end flea market type place, where people come to buy things cheap and resell them elsewhere. The quality of the merchandise next to what I brought in was poor. If my items, (loads of furniture) which were bought for in the the hundreds of dollars each and were like new got about $20 per item, then the other junk they have must just sell for pennies! Don't waste your time. Better to give to the Goodwill and get a much better tax break, or try selling on your own!

My wife and I travel the country constantly, so we're able to go to a lot of auctions. The types of items they had for sale was interesting, and we had our eye on 11 of them. While the rest of the staff was courteous and professional, the auctioneer was,in our experience, poor. Every item that was brought up to him seemed to be a surprise, which means he never previewed his own items. That in itself isn't bad, but he constantly spent time looking each item over, trying (poorly) to describe it, and then spending even more time thinking what the opening bid should be. And then he seemed

Andrew sold some military items for my family. I shipped them from another city. He was very helpful in advising me how to ship them safely and what to expect with the auction process, as I had never sold things this way before. I felt like he worked hard to assess the items' value and sold them for amounts I was happy with. The whole process was very transparent. If I ever have more things to sell, I will definitely work with Andrew again.

I've been looking for a place to consign some items, so headed out here a couple of weeks ago to see what it was like. I have a lot of auction experience, so I needed to see how he handled his auction and what the crowd was like. If you've never been to a consignment auction; it's a fun experience. You usually can get some good, homemade food; bargains; and socializing all in once place. Frequent auction-goers often have a friendly competitor relationship because a lot of buyers are resellers and see each other everywhere they go.
Anyway, the check in clerk was VERY friendly. I
