I took my 15 year old son to Dr Hay’s because his back was hurting due to weight training and sports. Dr. Hays was very thorough and eased his pain on the first visit. He also pinpointed the weak spots that were causing the pain and came up with a physical therapy regiment that strengthened the muscle groups. We were both very pleased. Dr. Hays’ PT sessions are helping him become a stronger athlete.

Best physical therapy ever!!! The entire staff here is so welcoming, understanding and eager to resolve any issue that walks through their doors. When I first wobbled through those doors after my car accident, I didn’t think anyone could make me feel better and in just 4 months they had me feeling better than ever ! Everyone who works here is all ears and will not only listen to any feedback, requests, concerns, day-to-day convos, but also will actively work towards resolving issue or connect to you in any conversation. I weighed 210 at the beginning of my weight loss journey. When I started with Ana Boecking, I had tried dozens of weight-loss regimens that were a waste of money and had left me hungry and angry. However, Because of Dr. B's help, I was able to take off lbs rapidly while learning how to eat healthier. I moved and haven't continued with her in office visitation. Ive been going to pro care for about 7 months and they are great. The people there make you feel comfortable and they do a great job on identifying and treating your pain. I was in a really bad accident where a driver ran red light and seriously injured my daughter and me. Pro care has been there for us every step of the way in helping us regain normal movement. We are still in the process of trying to get us back the way we were before the accident but I understand that will take time. Glad I'm in good hands.

Counseling has been absolutely great here and I definitely recommend that! As well as the physical therapy, Dr. Hays and his team really do care about the wellness and healing of their clients. The front desk receptionist is also so very sweet, kind and assisting every time I come. My accident put my life on pause and this team is helping finish recovery in the safest and healthiest way. I will recommend this facility.

Dr. Rushing has helped me tremendously in my flexibility and pain management. I have seen him three times thus far and plan to see him for all of my chiropractic care.
The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because the parking for handicapped patients is not fully available for patients with wheelchairs. The staff has made up for this by helping me with my wheelchair after my appointment.

I will definitely be making the switch to Pro-Care. Dr Rushing and David really helped me in my recovery and were really friendly thru the entire process. Dr Rushing did a really good job of explaining everything and answering all of my questions during each session. I always walked out feeling immediately better from his adjustments. David did an excellent job in explaining and walking me through each exercise as well as conducting the smart sessions which really aided in my recovery.

I cannot be happier with my experience at Pro Care! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and treated me like family from the moment I walked in. I was treated by Dr. Rushing and Dave. I came in with a sprain in my foot that had been causing me pain & difficulty walking for three months. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the treatments. I was skeptical at first because they do a newer kind of treatment, but my foot feels 95% better after just four treatments - no expensive tests, surgeries, or casts. Angry and frustrated. 06/2016 my girlfriend was hit and injured in a car wreck. Even involving insurance co. and her lawyer they've been trying to get the Pro Care surgery coordinator (Courtney) on the phone for MONTHS with no luck. No returned email. No explanation. No apology. Not to mention the vast majority of the center's staff seems aloof. SHE HAS NOT nor CAN SHE WORK UNTIL AFTER THIS SURGERY. Visit with Dr. Patel was the only saving grace. I had to use them for 8 weeks because of lower-back and sciatic pain and my back feels SO much better!! The front desk workers have been super friendly every time I have gone there. Dave, who helps in the back directing patients to do the right stretching exercises is incredibly patient and also very friendly. Their new Doctor, Dr. Hays will adjust your neck in a way you will want to go back!

I have been coming to Pro-care for years. They are the best place in the city for b-12 shots hands down.
The have a plot or and friendly staff that is clean and professional. As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by the smiling faces of Lauren, Sidney, and Leslie.
You can walk in and get service almost immediately without an appointment. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I sent an email on May 9, which was a Saturday. I stated I was unable to get into the patient portal that they sent me and Brent was the one that answered (on Sunday) saying it wasn't ready yet. I sent an email back asking when it would be ready and he responded (on Monday) that he didn't know and what I needed. I said I was looking for my lab results and he sent them to me. They were already there and they were not "expedited" in any way.
I certainly did not infer they were doing something shady. I stated it was my mistake that I scheduled

I recently starting coming here because my friend had referred me. I believe he came to them after a car accident he had. I brought him in for his first appointment and I literally had to carry him in the door because his back hurt so much. Within a few weeks we was able to walk normally and by the end, he was exercising as normal. So, when I had a crick in my neck, he told to go in a see Dr Jones. And let's just say that Dr Jones is THE BEST chiropractor I have been too. I've been seeing a chiropractor after a high school track injury several years ago. He really is very good.
