We offer two convenient locations for our patients, one in Cedar Park and one in South Austin. Texas Spine & Injury Center is a state-of-the-art practice offering the following services: chiropractic, sports medicine, physical rehabilitation, and massage therapy. Our office is in-network with all major insurance companies.

Dr. Smith focuses on recovery through PT and gives an adjustment at the end of the session. He wants his patients to recover, not keep them coming back for life like some chiropractors do. I strongly recommend him.

My experience with TS&IC was GREAT! Jen and the medical team were always attentive and super professional. Dr. Smith made me feel comfortable the moment that we met. His evaluations were spot on, his referrals placed me in the hands of the most competent doctors for my situation, he explained why I hurt, what to expect, and because of his treatment plan I have no pain. Because of Dr. Smith I don't have ANY back pain!!!

I have a recurring injury in my lower back and after only 2 sessions, my back is already feeling 100% better. I'm so happy I went to see Dr. Smith. He also performed decompression of my spine. The method was foreign to me and admittedly a bit daunting, but after experiencing it, I look forward to it at every treatment.

Texas Spine & Injury office in Cedar Park is the absolute best! They have eased my aches and pains throughout my pregnancy. Sue the therapist is knowledgeable, caring and sweet and I always feel better after a massage. Dr. Smith can always fit me in with my hectic schedule and his therapy has helped tremendously with my hip problems that I was afraid would interfere with my pregnancy. Jen at the front desk makes you feel at home when you call in for an appointment and when you walk into their office. Highly recommend this office for their quality and care!

Dr. Smith is an excellent chiropractor! He's knowledgeable and listens to your concerns as a patient. He has done a fantastic job treating my back pain and I couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing and very friendly and the office is well maintained and clean.
