Jeremy has been so great to work with, he is very responsive and a good communicator. He went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I had the rentals we needed for our wedding and was amenable to us adding items a few weeks before the wedding. He even did a site visit to the venue and provided location options for the tent. Unfortunately, we had to postpone and ultimately cancel our wedding because of the coronavirus pandemic. Jeremy helped us navigate this difficult decision with compassion, empathy, and understanding. If we ever reschedule our wedding, we will be sure to use Peerless Events

Peerless Events and Tents in Austin was amazing for our corporate event. I have worked with many event rental companies in the past and none of them were as attentive at Peerless. Angi was amazing in getting me quotes when asked. We even had to make several changes to several different quotes, and Angi would always make the changes and have them back to me extremely quick.
When the set up team got to our event there were some issues out of their control. I called Peerless immediately and they had it fixed as quick as possible. The set up team was on time and worked extremely hard to make sure

We walked into Peerless on Saturday, spoke to an employee, and left with everything we needed for the wedding ordered (tent, chairs, tables, tablecloths). It was easy. The day of the wedding, we met the crew at the site, gave them layouts of where we wanted everything to go and then we left the venue. When we got back to complete our part of the set-up (dressing the welcome table, putting the centerpieces on the dinner tables, getting the bar tender and caterer situated, etc.), we had to rearrange the tables under the tent and some of the tablecloths needed swapped because they were on the wrong

I needed chairs, tables, and patio heaters for a party at my house, hosting 60+ people. We cleared the space, and Peerless quoted, delivered, and then picked up wonderfully. I didn't pay for set up/tear down, but it was pretty easy to do both. Peerless was much more reasonably priced than three other vendors I called. However, their service and customer care was on point, and made me feel like a VIP no matter how much or little I paid. Peerless made my event much less stressful, with service and equipment that performed perfectly!

We would definitely use Peerless Events and Tents again. We had to do everything from out of town and they were so helpful and had answers to any questions and great suggestions too. The delivery to the house we rented for the rehearsal was quick and efficient as well as the pick up. I also loved the online catalog so we could view everything we rented and to see all the different items to rent. Everything was in good condition ( the tables, chairs , coffee urn and drink trough) and the linens were beautifully ironed and ready for the tables. Great company to work with and I highly recommend them

My company has used Peerless Events and Tents for our last two outdoor events and they have been very professional and easy to work with.
Our last event a few weeks ago, we decided to save a few dollars and fill up the water barrels ourselves (bad idea!) and the delivery crew actually helped us, which was extremely nice! It took a very long time to fill 8 barrels so spend the extra money and have them filled!
I would highly recommend Peerless to anyone who needs to rent the large variety of items they have.
