Q: Does the price include set up and delivery? A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Q: Do you deliver to other cities? A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high.

We rented a few things for a neighborhood block party. The obstacle course was set up in our street and all my neighbors came out for the evening. The staff was super nice and helpful and kept us in the loop for delivery times and pick up times. We will be back

We called and spoke with the office staff who saved the day. We though we had a mechanical bull rented but the company we were going to use ended up not having insurance. BAT had all the right insurance for our venue. The staff came out, set up the mechanical bull, and our guest had so much fun. Rico operated the bull and was great to work with. Will recommend this company to anyone wanting reliable and trustworthy and FUN people to work with..and THEY ARE INSURED!!!!

If you could give a place negative stars, this would be the place to do it. They are thieves. They cancelled on us due to bad weather. We were immediately told we would be refunded, yet 3 months later we haven’t heard anything

This company has lied to me about sending me my emails. I should have received 3 emails from them this past week:
1. First should of been a payment & reservation confirmation email .
2. Second should of been a cancellation confirmation email.
3. Third should have contained the above 2 emails, PLUS a refund confirmation that we should have received with in 3-5 buisness days.
Even after our cancellation they still processed the payment. Our bank is currently looking into Bounce Across Texas for fraudulent trsnsactions.

We were at a lost with the weather for the day we had a rental, and the result was a promise to a refund- yet it took 3 months, 10+ phone calls and multiple emails before we finally got our refund. I was lied to many times that someone would take care of it, and it was just absolutely exhausting to get our money back.

The 5 stars isn't enough. This place needs 10/10 stars. If you want to be bounced all across Texas then this is your place! From kids parties to personal events Clayton has always come through and delivered. I do recommend to anyone and everyone who has ever wanted to have good old fashioned easy fun!!! I have done business with Clayton many times and plan on continuing to use his services
