My visit to Kia Owings Mills was fast, quick and easy. The online scheduling was very convenient and having my vehicle serviced for diagnostic and follow up from Cynthia Harvey was wonderful. She was very professional and kept me informed of what was being done to my vehicle. My request for leaving my vehicle and getting shuttle service was so much appreciated - thanks to the shuttle driver George! Great staff in the service department. The service is very good here. Even though I expected to have the work done the same day the time required to do the repair could not be completed until the next day. The service technician saw that I received a courtesy ride home even though my residence was
was outside of the usual driving distance. I certainly
appreciated that.
When I picked up my car it was not only in good condition but it had been cleaned and vacuumed
inside. However, just as I was about to drive off, my
low air pressure indicator came on. I was so grateful
that I had my air machine in my car. All my tires needed air

I had a great experience buying a new 2022 Kia Telluride at Koons Kia, Owings Mills, MD. Adam Smith, my sales consultant, was very helpful with all questions I had throughout the entire process and he went above and beyond to help make sure everything went smoothly with my purchase. Kirk in the finance department was also very helpful by clearly explaining all the associated documents with me. The dealership was very nice, clean, easy to access with a fine relaxing atmosphere. I just brought my hybrid vehicle to Koons for a service package for the first time. I was amazed and impressed by the services of this location! I was helped up front by Mike and tech Dinesh. I was surprised the vehicle was cleaned free of charge, used temporary floor mats and seat coverings. They took care of it inside and out. Mike was helpful and answered all of my follow-up questions. The price was acceptable with transparent breakdown on what was done. Waiting room was comfortable and sanitized. I'm happy with my visit and will come for the next service due.

Adam was the absolute best!! Stayed on top of things the whole time, made it easy to communicate, and made sure I could get the car I wanted with the budget I had in mind. I didn’t know buying a car could be so easy. I live in VA but came all the way to Owings Mills MD to buy my dream car — all thanks to Adam and Brandon’s proving efforts and schedule flexibility.
