I went to Norris Acura west received an oil change and tire rotation for 89.99 for them to come out and tell me all fluids have been topped off , and it’s snows and the window fluid is bone dry empty. When I call to speak to the manager and leave my info for him to call me he does not ! This is supposed to be a luxury top of the line car dealerships!

I scheduled a test drive of a vehicle and didn't show. Got the call back from Quon. He was friendly, courteous, and patient with me. As a salesman he was really cool and down to earth. I know I got on his nerves going back and forth. Finance manager was all that great however, Quon, gave me some honest advice and shared his personal experience with me. I ended up not buying the vehicle but it helped to know there are still some trustworthy individuals out there.

I want to say thank you to Dre, Jordan and Paul for getting me into my 2022 MDX. It took a long time to get my car, due to Covid (no fault to them). They kept me updated on when my car would arrive. Once my husband and I opened the door to the main entrance, we were greeted immediately. We appreciated the knowledge of Jordan and then Damon came in to seal the deal. Damon felt like we knew him for years. The customer service was genuine and not Phony. We left happy with our NEW RIDE. I would definitely recommend these gentlemen if you are in search of a new or used vehicle.
