INKtastic is a family owned print on demand company that was founded in 2007 by Alan Dail, Angie Smith-Dail and Joyce Dail with the goal of offering quality products at affordable prices. The rule is simple "If we wouldn't buy it, we won't sell it." Now local customers can visit our store, browse a selection of preprinted merchandise, and get help creating custom products.
All orders are processed by Inktastic Inc. If you have any issues checking out, questions about your order once it's placed or need to return or echange an item when your order arrives, contact Inktastic customer support at 330-345-0911 or by email to support@inktastic.com. Customer support hours are 9am-5pm eastern time Monday-Friday.
All apparel is printed by direct printing the ink onto the garment. The ink is permanently embedded into the fabric for long lasting designs that will not crack or peel off. If you aren't satisfied with your order, return it for a refund (shipping charges excluded) or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

I made an unreasonable request of Cody Smith and his Inktastic staff. My daughter, Devin, was named Employee of the Month for her work as an ER tech at a Toledo hospital (during the pandemic). She joked: "I wonder if I get a t-shirt to wear." Well, we could not let that pass. I approached Mr. Smith with the idea. He helped me design the shirt and had it ready almost immediately. Inktastic is a great local shop serving our community. It is the kind of shop we must support these days. Thank you Mr. Smith and Inktastic.

I ordered a 100 day of school T-shirt from them through Walmart website waited for it to arrive I received it today noticed the package was quite small for a toddler shirt opened it and realize that I received a onesie with a new to the herd saying on it contacted them didn’t get a hold of anybody I paid $24.99 for a T-shirt that I will need before Friday so she can wear it to school how can you get a T-shirt mixed up with a onesie and according to all their reviews they are not very good company I do not recommend this company to anybody

I was looking for some new designs for an upcoming breast cancer walk. INKtastic was the right choice. MANY designs that you don't see everywhere.The selection of colors and sizes of shirts were great too.Got them in the mail in less than 1 week after ordering.Will use this company again when needing fun and unique shirts.

Ordered a one-piece online with a drawing my daughter made, and the image came out so much darker than what I had uploaded. My daughter was terribly disappointed and said it didn't even look like what she'd drawn because the colors were so off. Tried to get another one printed with a closer match to the color, but they wanted me to send the original back at my cost, despite the fact that it was their failure to print the item as clearly as what was shown on the mock-up online. After much back and forth with the customer rep, I just had my credit card company reverse the charges. Will

I have ordered one or two shirts/bibs/onies a year from these guys and am always happy. The web site is easy to use. I buy a custom shirt or two for an event or gift here and there and you can't get a better deal when you only need one shirt as a gift. Not sure how I found them 6 years ago but am glad I did. Always custom upload my own design and they make it happen.

Ordered three customized baby shirts 10 days ago. Still says my order is "in production" with no estimated shipping or delivery date. Contacted customer service 4 days ago to ask for an estimated completion or delivery date, and still have not heard anything in response. I will be asking my credit card to reverse the charge if I do not hear back by tomorrow because I'm pretty sure this website is a scam at this point.

Online ordering; one of the best experiences I've had...they really put the "service" in customer service. I ordered a few shirts & a couple of bags for an upcoming Alzheimer's walk for our team. They called me to make sure I understood how the colors would come out & make sure I would be ok with how it would look. I received everything & it all looks great!
