This company is not only falsely advertising their products but also has terrible customer service. I got two cardigans from here. Their clothing which is under the (Frocks) tab on their website has a message above stating that their Frocks are handmade by Amish seamstresses. The "Frocks" tab has ALL of their clothing therefore you'd think since the message is right above all of the clothes it applies. Not only that but everything they promote on Instagram is with that same message to make people want to buy. $52 per cardigan. So that's over $100 for two simple cardigans you can find anywhere.

This company is atrocious. I wrote a google review on how they falsely advertise handmade Amish clothing and sell clothes made in China. And I warned people about on their Instagram post it and to beware before you buy and they blocked me on Instagram. Very petty of them instead of owing up to their faults. They also ignored my last email calling them out on falsely advertising and cutting off the clothing tags. Not only do they lie about their clothes being handmade by Amish seamstresses. I ordered 20 masks from Farmhouse Frocks and their is nothing wrong with the design or material it's just that they fit small on me and slide right off. Seriously the best store ever! High quality, handmade and vintage clothes, accessories, home decor, trinkets, and more. Clothes and purses/bags are HANDMADE by local amish men and women in the area. Each piece is unique to you! Lena and her girls have an amazing vocation here. Thank you for sharing your faith through your small business. I bought one set of the fabric face masks. Everyone loves them so much, I just place my sixth order! I love that the ear pieces are made of jersey fabric and not elastic that hurts your ears. Farmhouse Frocks is the total gem of Millersburg, in my humble opinion. I go out of my way to shop local when I'm at home or traveling. I could not believe this shop was in Millersburg as it is one of the most beautiful local shops I've ever been in (and could easily put several in Downtown Cleveland to shame).

Honestly the most amazing store in downtown Millersburg!! Friendly staff and the most incredible hand made designs by Amish women!! If you are ever in the area it's an absolute must that you have to stop in! Prices are more than fair considering it to be a hand made item! Not to mention the decor of the store is just incredible!

I have been a customer of Farmhouse Frocks for years. Probably since they opened shop. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have every size from XS to XL and all the sizes in between. I can wear everyone. Because the items are all handmade they use different patterns so a medium in one pattern is not the same medium in another pattern. The sizes are not consistant. Very confusing when ordering. Also, the return policy is ridiculous. 7 days, and that 7 days is including the time it takes them to mail to you and for you to mail back. They are located in Ohio and I am in Atlanta Georgia. I love everything about this business and the family and people who are involved in it. I have felt so confident when wearing the pieces I have ordered. Shipping is fast. Packaging is adorable and makes me feel special. The shop is only a 3 hr drive up north. So far I’ve only shopped online. But I plan a trip up to visit (and shop) in the fall. I feel this shop is misplaced in downtown Millersburg, maybe it's me, hey I'm just a professional Chef, so I am not making a lot of monies, but over a $100.00 for a dress? Beautiful yes, hand made, maker should be getting paid for there, talent and time, but the price in the this area, not so much, move to Berlin yes. I am a long time buyer of farmhouse frocks. But after my latest purchase there will be no more. I purchased a jacket that was stated as true to size on the listing , only to receive it and it was 6 inches to large for my frame. I requested an exchange for a smaller size.I was told that they didn't have the smaller size in stock, but when I went to their page I was able to purchase another unit in the desired size, I was also told in their email that since it was purchased on sale they couldn't exchange for a different size. I understand policy but really invest 90.00 plus dollars

I have been wanting visit this store since I came across it on instagram. My mother-in-law and I took the beautiful drive along Route 22 from Pittsburgh for the 3 year anniversary sale. We were instantly welcomed by Felicia, she was so sweet and helpful the entire time we were there. Even though it was a busy day she took the time to help me find the perfect fit. I would give zero stars if it were an option. I was a long time super fan of Farmhouse Frocks-loved everything. I purchased a bag, sent it back to have strap adjusted. Bag kept loosing hair excessively. I contacted them twice on the matter. They stuck to their 7 day return policy. I didn't even have the bag in my possession within that 7 days. This was a leather bag-it should last for years! It was clearly defective. As small business owners and manufacturers of their products I can't believe that wouldn't exchange for the sake of standing behind their product, customer satisfaction
