Owner of the firm, Dr. Tye Bratvold, has been in the profession for over 20 years and believes that, while important, premier chiropractic care is more than just providing spinal alignments. He chose Momentum as the new name because it is defined as "the quantity of motion of a moving body" and "the impetus gained by a moving object."

With all the recent snow fall, I had a pretty bad slip on my back that knocked the breath out of me.When I woke up the day after, I could hardly move. I’ve seen Momentum Chiropractic because I live close by. I called the office and Sarah answered the phone. I asked if they were accepting new patients and she said yes. She went on to ask me what had happened as I told her she was so sweet and said “oh, no, we need to her you in as soon as possible.” She put me on a brief hold and asked me if I could be there in 15 minutes, as they just had a cancellation. A great place to call your chiropractic care office. DR Tye is an individual who really cares about his patients. Makes time to discuss issues you might have and explains upfront what he can do to help. Office staff very friendly and helpful. My massage today was very relaxing and soothing. Tess did a great job especially since this was the first time seeing her. I highly recommend this office for all your chiropractic needs.

This is by far the best chiropractic experience anyone could look for. I’m in sales and understand what customer service is supposed to be like and the woman and staff here make you feel like your family every time you come in. They love your children dearly and treat them with tons of respect. Dr Tye is extremely professional and passionate about what he does and truly believes in rehabilitation and encouraging you to live your best life. The way he leads his staff and business is amazing. The whole crew at momentum is beyond AMAZING! They are all so helpful, nice, understanding and treat you like family! I love going and getting adjusted and that’s HUGE for me. As I have been traumatized in the past by chiropractors. Dr Tye is one of the nicest men I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He’s not about filling his wallet with your money, he’s all about your physical well being! Making you feel great inside and out! Mask mandates not being followed at all! At least 10-12 people in the lobby with one person wearing a face covering. As a medical professional I cannot get behind this. Highly disappointed. At least act like you believe in science while treating patients and for those that are dying/sick.

Doctor Tye and his amazing office staff have been most helpful in my recovery. He has laid out a plan for me and it has been working. Dr. Tye, Dr. Zach, and Dr. Chaz are some of the best chiropractors that I have ever seen. These people have taken the time to listen to me and work with me to get my life back. I came in with a mountain of injuries from my time in the military and they worked out a treatment plan with me that would help me to begin the journey of healing. Waiting time was always ridiculous would wait up to an hour From the time my appointment was at, they just try to get as many people as they can . Way over priced too , my lawyer referred me to them, they wouldn't take my insurance so I had to pay thousands of dollars after being seen only half a year .

Great office staff - everyone is very friendly and helpful. The chiropractors not only work to get you properly aligned and feeling better, but they give you the tools to help you progress faster by doing home exercises. If you do the work, you have control to obtain your optimal health! Best chiropractic office I have found in Puyallup! They even teach you how to eat healthier for your best quality of life.

Ok, so Ill be fair. They offered a great deal to get me in the door. After that, all down hill. I was manipulated into staying for one of Tye's after hour "seminars" which actually is him preaching to you and one person for an hour about God and the healing power of his hands. Then, promises, as he looks you in the eye that he will not send you away for no ability to pay etc etc etc...Low and behold...I lose my job, lose my insurance and do not qualify for their "assistance" pay program. I get a very rude woman telling me there is nothing she can do for me, and I am not
