Dr. Padelford is a native to Tacoma, graduating from Franklin Pierce High School. He began his undergraduate studies for Chiropractic in Walla Walla, Washington. After completing four years of active duty and a tour in Vietnam with the United States Navy, Dr. Padelford completed his education and received his Doctoral Degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at South Hill Chiropractic our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnessesary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.

First and only chiropractic office I will ever go into. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I went it with horrible back pain, neck pain, and headaches. Just wanted to do a followup on my progress with the improvements under Dr. Padelford's gift he has in getting the nerves of the spinal cord on a path of recovery so that things are working better in my body. I have had under active thyroid problems for over 15 years and recent adrenal fatigue issues. After reading the rave reviews, I was excited to try this place. I called and asked if I could ask about the service and before I could go any further she interrupted me and asked if this was a sales call or what was the nature of my call. I said my back hurts and I was told that I needed chiropractic service? She said ok, let's start over. she asked me a couple questions about where I hurt. Dr Padelford is the most professional and caring doctor EVER!! He sent me for x-rays to see what was going on with my back. Then came the treatment. I have never had a doctor look so deeply and be so honestly concerned as he was. He worked hard and found what nobody else ever has. Then he fixed me.
