When i went to pick up my newly purchased used pontoon, Nick the owner made sure it was an experienced pontoon sales person, who thoroughly explained every aspect of what i needed to know about my new purchase. When i had trouble with the motor a few weeks later, he sent 2 experienced mechanics to assist and correct rhe problem. A first class business that takes good care of their customers. I purchased a 2021 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 TrailBoss from LaCanne's and what a GREAT CHOICE!! When Polaris wouldn't follow through on a certain Rebate, Nick stepped up to the plate and made sure I was taken care of!!! This says a lot about the type of customer service LaCanne's provides!!! This place is super dishonest. They serviced both our boat and jet ski the past 2 years and both years neither our boat nor jet ski started come summer. We thought it was due to battery and the long winter but now I think it is due to laziness and poor service. With our jet ski the check engine light came on when we tried to start it. It worked great the summer before. We told them it wasn't starting and the service engine light was on and they were the last to service/winterize it. After 2 weeks they called and said they charged the battery and it was fine, it was due to a low battery

But gave it one, only because I had to.
Went there to get some cleaner for our pontoon. We looked around for a bit and found what we needed. We stood by the cashier sign thinking that was where we paid for our purchase, after about 15 minutes of waiting, an employee told us to go to the parts area and we could pay for it there. Well the parts guy seen us standing there from the start and never said anything about seeing him to pay for our purchase. We left there feeling unimportant and reluctant to ever go back.

I grew up in faribault so when it was time to purchase a boat I knew just where to go! They have a great selection at LaCannes and are so knowledgeable! They have a everything including accessories, parts and repair.
The staff are friendly and do not try to push you into a sale. We bought a great used boat from LaCannes and I'm having the best summer ever! Highly recommended!
