Parkridge Circle is a wonderful, beautiful place to live. The people are friendly in this neighborhood and the staff at the front desk for dellcor are so nice, BUT if you are a renter you will NOT be treated as nicely as an owner would be. There are certain people on the board ( Joan) who WILL be judgemental towards renters regardless of how nice of a person you are. One of the owners/managers is very sweet, the other not so much if he knows you're renting, but they are both very good at returning calls and addressing the issue regardless of how either one of them handle it. As a Real Estate agent for 20 years I have had to deal with many management companies. Dellcor Management always contacts me with the information I requested usually in the same day. I have also dealt with Dellcor personally as my mother’s condo is under their management. It would be wonderful if every management company was as efficient and friendly as Dellcor has been to me. I wish my community used them as I can hardly get a straight answer from our management company. Dellcor is the company you want to work for you!

Dan wants me to move some patio blocks that I will be able to use in December. A waste of time and energy. In order to do this it would require pushing a wheelbarrow across a high powered electrical cable that has been laying in the grass from my house to the one behind me for 3 months.
I feel this is irresponsible. If someone trips over it and is injured, that’s on Dellcor, because they insist on moving these blocks before this cable is buried. If the wheelbarrow catches & breaks, electrocuting someone, that’s on Dellcor too.

Worst property management in Florida. This company is a complete and total scam. Hiring convicted felons in positions of trust. Ignoring requests for safety . No protocol for hurricanes. Lobbying for the ability to collect hoa funds , and do nothing in return. Go ahead , sell your soul for the sun ! This company will gladly reward you with their selective rule enforcement and standoff attitude. After meeting "Gary" at a meeting at hidden hollow , we never attended another meeting. Florida is over rated and corrupt , save your money and try Georgia's Atlantic coast!!

Dan Jr., Gary and staff always have their finger on the pulse of what we need to meet our objectives and fulfill the goals of our community.
