It's the hallmark of our work. One day, while out shopping for a Mexican wedding dress, a tile aficionado named Ann Sacks discovers a box of talavera tiles being sold as trivets. Instantly inspired, she goes home to start a new company in her Portland, Oregon bungalow. Quickly outgrowing Ann's living room, ANN SACKS opens its first showroom with assorted Mexican tiles from regional artisan factories.

Services
Bringing together the finest product selections from our sister brands, seven distinct collections are completed with Ann Sacks marble surfaces and a harmonious backdrop of our classic and contemporary tiles. Bridging a world of design and style, our Savoy collection is crafted by skilled artisans in the ancient ceramics capital of Tajimi, Japan.
ANN SACKS is particular about tile -- from start to finish. Naturally, this makes us meticulous about how our tile is installed. While it's easy to overlook the importance of grout, we see it as vital. Like a frame around a painting: Great grout should enhance the setting of your tile without calling attention to itself.
At Ann Sacks, we're here to help you thoughtfully design your most important spaces so they're even more beautiful and functional. The difference between a house or a home, is in the care given to the details. Our exclusive Savoy collection is the perfect complement to any home, adapting to different styles and rooms.
Savoy Large Stack Mosaic Bathroom Befitting for a variety of design styles, the Savoy Mosaic Stack-Large is as stylish as it is enduring. Consider combining with the Stack-Small format to create a myriad of patterns and effects. Savoy Arrowhead in Lotus Kitchen Savoy Arrowhead mosaic offers an exciting dimension to the Savoy Classic mosaics collection.
Summer's in full swing with these exciting additions to our product lineup. We've introduced new patterns and formats to existing popular collections like Lava Calda, Paccha by Popham Design (shown left), and Benton stone mosaics. We're also excited to bring in a new encaustic concrete collection, Gem, in collaboration with Kelly Wearstler.

What a disappointment. I went there for tiles for my bathroom. I asked to be showed samples. They showed me only two styles hanging on the wall. I couldn't believe they had such a poor selection. Store looked empty and cold. The salesman was nice but there didn't seem to be any selection to choose from.

I purchased Ann Sacks tile for my kitchen backsplash. As one other reviewer mentioned, I was talked into purchasing a lot more tile than was needed--far above what is "usual" expected breakage for tile on a mesh sheet. Even the installer commented. That cost me hundreds, which is a real bummer. I also had some issues with delivery taking longer than was quoted initially which upset my contractor. HOWEVER, I can't let these things spoil my overall review too much because the tile really is beautiful --everyone who sees it comments on it, and I couldn't have bought this particular

This review is not about product, but the horrible customer service at Ann Saks.
I recently purchased a home- every surface needs an overhaul. I loved the products at Ann Saks, and went to the showroom to get information and pricing. The shop was completely empty and very cold, the employees were just sitting around looking into space. I was helped by Danyel Jones who was nice enough when I was there, she promised to follow up with pictures, pricing, information. It has been two weeks-I called to check in once, I never heard from her. I think it's pretty astonishing that the customer service
